This seemed to be a family run establishment. They work very hard and they are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast we had was an egg and ham sandwich which was good and packaged so it was easy to take to the park. The room was large with a large balcony and large window that opened wide. The view was amazing. However, be advised there is no elevator. The hotel is located next to the Kenting National Forest Reserve wich was one of the most diverse parks I have ever visited. There are 3 caves, multiple areas of different types of plants and trees, a green house, a cactus garden, beautiful cliff with views out all the way to the sea and an observation tower which is open on the top floor and has a restaurant one floor below. We even saw some monkeys. We really enjoyed our stay. Go early to get the most quiet walks.
