Friendly owner who gave a lot of recommendations on things to see and eat. She also provided laundry servise to us at no cost which is very useful. Location is near train station which is especially useful when catching an early train. Rooms had cute decorations. There are free cup noodles and snacks.

Located only a 5-minute stroll from Taitung Railway Station, the homelike Midori Mini Cat Hostel is built by a lady loving cat crazily and there are 3 cats living here. Cosy rooms are decorated in cat themes and three adorable cats live here happily. It features a sun terrace and free Wi-Fi access. Mountain views can be enjoyed from all rooms. Hostel Midori Mini Cat is a 7-minute drive from Taitung Forest Park and Pipa Lake. Fugang Harbor is a 15-minute drive away. Coming with a balcony, rooms here are also fitted with wooden floors, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, fridge and en suite bathroom with shower facilities. A hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries are also included. At Midori Mini Cat hostel you will find a terrace and a shared lounge. Staff at the tour desk can help with trip plans.
