The free hot springs in the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park and Tangweigou Park are enjoyable. Easy to reach them, right besides with many vendors and convenient stores where can buy some drinks, snacks. Recommend to bring your own towels and shorts. The hotspring is very warm around 40 degree Celsius.

When I booked the hotel because has Japan style onsen in and room and public. The room too small for superior double room but it was single room. Hotel include buffer breakfast and gym at 9 floor. Gym hour from 0900 - 2100. The public onsen from 0700-1100 then from 1500-2300. I requested gym hour open two hour early from 0700-2100. Because the original hour gym is not ideal time for guest to use it. The price for hotel too expensive because the Japan style almost same in Japan but not quite yet but charge same price as it was in Japan. Jiaoxi is onsen town and I believe there should be other hotel cheaper and offer the same service

Whether it was our hotel manager or shop owners, people were not friendly. We went to a public hot spring spa, and it was overpriced and there was no water. It is not family friendly nor tourist friendly.

Easy to go as it's not very far away from Taipei.
Easy to go as it's not very far away from Taipei. I love to go to the nature for holiday. We would take the train to go around for more nature like hiking & night market..... & back to the B&B for the nice spring water at night.
Location was amazing, just 2 mins walk from JiaoXi train station. There were many food stores and convenience stores nearby.
I was given a free room upgrade. The room was large, spacious and clean. The hot spring bath was an amazing experience, water filled up quite fast. But do note the shower shares the same area as the hot spring bath. There were complimentary cup noodles and mineral water too.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a value for a hotel with private hot spring bath in a very convenient location.
We were there for a very quick 1 night stay and left early in the morning. Room was clean and pleasant, just like the photos. Breakfast plate looked decent though we opted out and just had coffee as we were going for a big lunch. Enjoyed the giant onsen tub with the hot spring water to fill up. Big balcony as well with rocking chairs. View was just neighboring paddy fields -- to be expected in Yilan. Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge as well
This hotel is in a great location just a block or two from the public hot springs and a 15 minute walk or so from the train station. There are tons of excellent places to eat in the area. Bed was comfortable and the room was super big. The breakfast buffet was also full of options.
Kids room, family friendly swimming pool with waterfall, open air hot spring, and free bike rental service. My family including the seniors had a blast in the hotel. The morning walks to nearby attractions organized by the hotel was also very nice.
property is not bad, but the staff there cannot make it, especially 16/2/2024 ard 10pm the guy wearing glasses and beach shirt at reception, attitude problem.
i’m also from hotel line in singapore, this attitude surely will chase away guest
They take cleanliness very seriously. Very good hot spring bath rooms on the first floor. Good location with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. About 15 mins walk from the Jiaoxi train station.
A lot of hot-spring nearby. Very close to convenience store and food vendors. One corner from mall. Has parking space right in front of the hotel. The room is quite big at a very good price.
The onsen in the room. The kid's sliding bed. The breakfast is good. There is a kid's indoor playground owned by the hotel, just next to the entrance of the hotel.
Hotel staff, facilities, breakfast were excellent. Room very comfortable and generally clean though some area very dusty. Love the firmness of the bed.
