When I booked the hotel because has Japan style onsen in and room and public. The room too small for superior double room but it was single room. Hotel include buffer breakfast and gym at 9 floor. Gym hour from 0900 - 2100. The public onsen from 0700-1100 then from 1500-2300. I requested gym hour open two hour early from 0700-2100. Because the original hour gym is not ideal time for guest to use it. The price for hotel too expensive because the Japan style almost same in Japan but not quite yet but charge same price as it was in Japan. Jiaoxi is onsen town and I believe there should be other hotel cheaper and offer the same service

I gave a passing comment about smell in the toilet, and the room service staff ensured everything was taken care of. The facility is renovated, and everything is well thought through. Especially the hotel parking system (esp when compared to Art Spa where to moved from). So much fun activities to do in the hotel too. My son could not be happier with kids club, and my wife and I could not happier with the hotel spa facility.
