Excellent location by the Hualien train and bus station. The facilities were very nice and clean. There were no elevators but we were able to manage. The English name is House of the Traveler. The staff, especially the guy at the front desk, was exceptional! He gave us great advice about going up to Taroko Gorge and also going around town. we are a little far from downtown Hualien, but going around by taxi was inexpensive.

Less than a 15-minute drive to Hualien Airport, Naan Bin Night Market and Qi Xin Tan Scenic Area, this cozy bed and breakfast is also 40 minutes away by car from Taroko National Park. This affordable nonsmoking B&B houses a common lounge area and a shared dining area. The staff at Home of Traveler B&B can also provide guests with local tour information and travel tips. Various local eateries including popular cafés and bakeries are located less than a 5-minute walk away.
