The beach was quiet and peaceful, not too crowded and exceptional hands-on service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, Farah and Moosa definitely stood out, they were always there anytime I needed anything, even catered to accommodate me with my phobia (don’t think every resort/hotel would’ve done that), I will forever be grateful for them. Judy is an amazing masseuse! Visiting the spa is a must! The food was very good and you have to try yoga with Farah, very relaxing and she has a very soothing energy.

Any property is just a property until it has been staffed with people. What made our experience of Sunrise at Bandas exceptional was the quality of the staff. Not only were they sincerely hospitable but they were beautiful human beings who were a joy to be around. Besides them, it is a privilege to be directly on a beautiful beach. I could just step outside my bungalow and go walking for kilometers in either direction on a white sandy beach lined by palm trees. The property is well kept. The restaurant offers very delicious food at very reasonable prices and the live music (especially on Tuesday night) was a great bonus.

After two weeks spent on Kilimanjaro and safari, we were looking for a resort to relax and enjoy our time together. And this was the perfect place. The private bungalow was beautiful, spacious and clean with a nice terrace and direct access to the beach. People, food and wellness facilities were above our expectations. We enjoyed a live concert in one of the evenings and had a private yoga session. We could have not ended our vacation in a better place/way.

Everything was simply perfect. The food is excellent, the staff is funny and super nice, the bandas were very cute, private and comfortable. We loved the yoga classes and treated ourself to a massage. The breakfast is simply divine and the dining room and music create a beautiful atmosphere. We also enjoyed the live music two nights when we were there as well. The views from our room was magnificent, waking up to a sunrise every day was amazing.

Staff has been super friendly and helpful, at our last day we had a flight late in the night, even after check out we were allowed to stay in a different vacant bungalow, to chill and have a rest. Vibes there are so ambient , nobody is in a harry, but it looks so authentic and lovely. Bungalow was spacy enough right in front the ocean, the best place in the bungalow was the terrace with the ocean view, if you practice meditation then it's your choice. There are no ACs there, but bungalows are natively ventilated, so the temperature is pretty comfortable. Each evening staff fumigate bungalows, so there have been no issues with the insects. Food was also good, prices are not low, but acceptable in comparison with Dubai.

The staff, Silvia, Saif, Mimi and Jenny were all lovely. Enjoyed the reef walk with Ali. The villa was beautiful and felt very safe. The food was probably the best we had in Eastern Africa. Live music on Friday night was incredible!

The resort is so utterly relaxing, stress free and friendly. There's no crowd at the restaurant or pool. They have live music nights, which is a big plus. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Best place for a few carefree days. The staff is very involved and friendly.

The place is amazing, true to the pictures disclosed from the website. All the staff very nice and available they receive us nicely since our arrival to our departure. We love that the spot makes you feel like home with cozy atmosphere you can chill at different spot in the property. The room gives you the chance to fall asleep with the waves air and to wake up just in front of a beautiful sunrise on a quiet beach. And the last vu not least, the food. Delicious! it was really nice to be able to order anything from your menu it came great every time. The breakfast is perfect. Many thanks for make it this way.
