Quite hotel, I would guess only 7 or 8 rooms. Good big size. A/C powerful enough to cool down the room (not to get it frozen). I read bad comments about A/C, cold water and dirty pool, nothing found in that way, we had every day hot water with no problems, AC working properly although not too powerful and we found the pool water clean. I recommended. Standard breakfast as elsewhere hotel.

Zawadi Beach Villas is located at a beautiful beach in Matemwe. The staff in the hotel is very nice and helpful and the hotel itself is spacious, has a swimming pool and its own restaurant. The hotel is a bit outdated and the aircon is not working properly in some of the rooms. It is a nice place to stay though for good value of money. Matemwe beach is very quiet, you won't see too many people around. It is worth to explore the small local restaurants along the beach, while you are there, for an absolutely delicious fish!

Delicious breakfasts. Calm and very clean hotel. I liked a lot. The only problem is high and low tide - it`s possible to swim in the ocean only when tide is high...

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, with a walking distance to pubs and restaurants, breathtaking views, sandy beaches this is the place to stay. People who run the hotel and all the stuff was absolutely amazing. The place has everything you need. It is cheaper than most of the places so before we got there we were a bit worried it's not gonna be the best, but it met out expectations. Thanks so much Zawadi. We had a lovely time.

Our room was huge and very beautiful, the veranda is great! But the best about this resort is definitely the staff! They did their best to make our stay unforgettable. The chef cooked the best masalas we had on the island! The location is nice, not too many beach boys in front of the hotel. The pool gets cleaned every day and is very well maintained. We stayed for 6 nights and it felt like home! We highly recommend!
