Easy check in and communication in general. I loved the place, its inside and between the houses so super quiet, which was the main thing I was looking for. Really clean, all kitchen supplies. Location excellent, walking distance to all the shops and main spots. Since it is not that warm in Kiev during the winter, I loved the extra blanket.
