Detroit is becoming a revitalized city with many great restaurants, sporting venues and entertainment venues. Very walkable and increased transit system would make this the perfect city to visit. It's so good to see the re-birth of the buildings and the businesses making this a city vibrant and attracting more visitors each year.

Detroit is a beautiful place to visit.
Detroit is a beautiful place to visit. Most people are relatively friendly. I had no problems, other than the place that I stayed. They had mice and it was a dead mouse in the sink on the second day. The person managing the property came in while I wasn't there. I couldn't cook my Thanksgiving dinner because there was no dining table. So my family had to eat with our plates in our laps. I was told to give a good review and they would give me back half of my money. They lied! I have text messages and pictures.

Detroit has come a long way from what it used to be.
Detroit has come a long way from what it used to be. There is a lot to do around the city. With the Q-line and the people mover being a mode of free transportation, it is much easier to get around if you can park just outside of the downtown area

The host, Frontdesk, sent clear, easy-to-follow instructions in different formats. They also conviently re-sent, just before check-out time, the code to open the box for leaving the keys.
It is very nice to have a full apartment rather than just a hotel room. My wife and I especially like having a table and chairs to work on together rather than a small desk with only a single chair as provided by typical hotel rooms.
And the location was great; it was central to much of what we wanted to see in Detroit.
Staffing was great and the bed was very comfortable, along with an outstanding view of downtown Detroit. Dinner and customer service at D.Prime Steakhouse was fantastic! Also, having valet parking - free of charge - during our stay was very convenient. lastly, we felt very safe due to having a security guard at the entrance to the lobby and elevators that lead to the rooms for overnight guess (plus you had to swipe your room key to enter this section of the lobby and on the elevators.
The place looks nice in the photos and the hosts really tried hard to make the concrete building looks cozy. I think they maxed this out.
Within walking distance to downtown, however, you need to make some blocks that are a little bit shady for my European eyes.
A good plus is that you can turn OFF the AC! Rarely seen in US hotels, many thanks!
A good place to visit, but be prepared to have a car if you would like to see something outside of the city.
Amazing first stay in Detroit at The Siren Hotel. Took my partner to see a show at the Detroit Opera House over the road for his 21st birthday and stayed for 3 nights. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the room was very clean. The candy bar is a must, too! Would definitely stay here again, we had a great time!
The room was very comfortable, clean and the location was great. It's right downtown which can be hectic at times, but the police mobile substation was parked directly across the street and kept it peaceful and quiet. My hubby and I just needed the room for a couple nights while we closed up our Detroit home to move. It was great.
Value compared to other downtown Detroit hotel rates. Close to everything downtown, within walking distance of all sports venues, restaurants, night life, shops, transportation you name it all within walking distance. Having an apartment was way better than a hotel room. Great response time for any concerns or issues.
We have stayed at this hotel. Many of times. We had a room with a great view, and a location is great, as it's right off the highway. They have started to renovate this hotel and make changes to the rooms which were greatly needed.Looks really nice now. They're still in the process but the room we had was upgraded.
new hotel in old redone landmark building. Beautifully detailed, fantastic room/studio. Very friendly staff. truly an excellent hotel.
Nice restaurant on premise. (le supreme), great service and food.
New rooftop bar
super location, walking distance from all downtown Detroit places and stadium
I liked the coziness of the hotel and it's location. The room was very nice and clean. This was a staycation about 25 minutes from our home in the downtown area. We really don't get to this area alot and this was a pleasant surprise, a hidden gem. I would stay again.
A beautiful building in the quiet university area. The hotel had free water and coffee all day. It is not close to the centre of Detroit but the centre is easily accessible by public transport. Breakfast was good but not very varied.
Amazing apartment, has everything you need, very close to the downtown, bus, and DPM stops are nearby. Spotlessly clean, there was complimentary coffee and tea, washing machine and a dryer. Very spacious considering it's a hotel
The hotel was beautiful. We booked the hotel due to the decor and age and were pleased with how elegant everything looked. It is in an extremely convenient location for walking downtown. The room was also very clean.
Very clean. Hotel was within walking distance of Comerica Park and many other downtown events. Also, if driving, essy access to Canada via tunnel the is close to property. Detroit Riverwalk is also nearby.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facility was gorgeous. Location was perfect for enjoying all that Detroit has to offer. An easy walking distance to just about anything you would want to do downtown.
The room was spacious, clean and ready when I arrived. There were two beds, two tvs and plenty of towels. The location in downtown Detroit is near stadiums, theaters and a local supermarket.
Great location at Detroit’s Greektown, a 15-minute walk to downtown, restaurants, and cafes.
The bed was comfortable.
The room is very spacious, which is a plus.
