We offer a room for you in our stylish home that's comfortable and has a lot of amenities! If you choose, you can smoke outside on the heated deck or poolside (seasonal). You will find a fully equipped kitchen, and a fully stocked designer bathroom. Your private bedroom has a flat screen television with Netflix, and Hulu. You'll also find lots of closet space. Summer 2023 Announcement. We are in our fourth year of hosting and continue to love offering a nice and safe location for our guests to land, get to their activities, or simply hang out and relax. The 2023 summer season will formally open on June 1st. We have a private in ground swimming pool at this property which we rent out through Swimply [a residential pool rental]. If you want to spend time outside on the deck, sitting poolside or swimming during your stay, read the information below. This announcement is effective for all bookings of at least one overnight stay made after May 20, 2023 for any stay dates during the 2023 Summer Season (June - September).
