This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a private hot tub, yard, and access to the community pool! In the heart of Moab, Cottonwood Townhomes are just a few blocks from Main Street for shopping and dining. Arches National Park is also just a short drive away. The living room space of the home is open-concept with Southwestern decor and a comfy leather couch and armchairs perfect for watching cable on the flatscreen TV. WiFi is provided as well, or disconnect and play some board games from the home's stash. A dining table for six is also available for group meals. Make a home-cooked dinner in the full kitchen that is complete with microwave and coffeemaker. If you'd rather eat outside than in, a patio table and chairs can be found in the landscaped backyard. Once finished, relax and take in the views, then further unwind in the private hot tub under the pergola. The home features a master bedroom with a king bed, a sliding door to the patio, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. A second full bathroom and laundry room with a washer/dryer are also available.
