The breakfast was good. The scrambled eggs were hot. The sausage was hot but greasy. It was nice to find yogurt. There were other items that I did not eat, but there was a good variety for whatever people wanted for breakfast.

Everything was amazing. I was warmly welcomed feeling like I was at home. This place has everything I needed Quietness, peaceful, staffs and other guests were so friendly accommodating me, sharing information and sometimes even sharing food.
I enjoyed the club house, swimming pool, hot tub and the gym every day
If you are also considering to visit Disney I highly recommend this place because it is well located, safe, affordable...yeah this place is really amazing
I also was invited to go to the church, everybody was so friendly.
I hope you meet Aleta who is owner's house sister she made my stay even more special, by the way, I have traveled around the world also stayed in many hostels but she was so far the kindest person I have ever met

Very good location.
Very good location. We thought we booked a 4 bdrm home w/ pool, but it was a 5 bdrmn home that was wonderful. Very comfy beds and furniture. Centrally located in Florida so we could easily drive to the gulf or coast. Much shopping in this area and plenty of restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Would highly recommend this vacation property. Very spacious, air con, really nice master suite with huge bathroom. Lovely pool and very well maintained. The property is in a gated community and is conveniently located close to the theme parks.

We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center...
We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center in 2005 and the area has certainly boomed since then, a very busy area now around Champions Gate but what I like is that there are many new roads and access to and from other areas is greatly improved, you can get around now without using the I4 motorway

Lots of restaurants and shopping options. Easy drive to all of Disney, and central to many other attractions. Quick interstate access to get to Tampa, Orlando, Plant City, etc Danny BBQ, and Manny’s are just eat locationsz Giovanni’s pizza is excellent

Close to everything and quiet too. Davenport has many restaurants, shopping choices, grocery stores and antiquing. It's also 15-20 minutes to Disney World and Universal, Sea World and Legoland are not much farther.

Took us almost 1:30h tone able to get the code for the door. The customer service is REALLY BAD When we were checking out, I forgot my phone inside of the property and took them 1 hour to give us the door code to be able to get the phone inside of the house. if you have another option, stay away
