Utah is known for skiing, particularly the Park City area. There are better ski resorts (e.g., Snowbasin, Snowbird), but there are three great ones in Park City. Dining options run from "really good" to "just overpriced" with some fast food options in Kimball Junction just down the road. The ratings on the social media websites don't seem to actually reflect the quality of the food.

We stayed at Bear Village in Park City Canyons, and it was a beautiful place. The area offers long walking trails where you can catch glimpses of wildlife. The skiing resort is exceptionally well-maintained. During our visit in mid-March, all lifts were operational. What stood out the most, however, was the helpfulness and friendliness of the people there. We're especially grateful to the Uber driver and policeman who assisted us in opening our car when we accidentally locked our keys inside. Thank you.

Expensive, love downtown park city. The canyons is tranquil. Skiing was great. A few un safe skiers. Beautiful mountain. Roads well maintained. It was surrounded by hills with lots of trees around the property which made it feel remote. The lobby had multiple huge gas fireplaces that made it feel very cozy and inviting. Every space was very clean and modern. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. The bartender was also very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I appreciate that the hotel is also dog friendly!

We rented the skis from Aloha store which is in the building so it was very convenient. The place offers a heated pool, a sauna, kids play room. The team was very friendly and welcoming, we were able to do early check-in and save our bags until the flight late at night.

It's a nice place and is priced fair, especially considering it's walkable location to multiple restaurants. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are great.
