Beautiful scenery.
Beautiful scenery. Lots of places to go even if you don't go hiking.
Lots of art galleries and hand made jewelry; not many places for inexpensive souvenirs, atleast I couldn't find any until we were heading back down south of Sedona.

The scenery of Sedona is stunning.
The scenery of Sedona is stunning. The trailhead parking can be an issue, and we were there during the week. I would not attempt a visit on the weekend as Sedona is extremely popular. There is a Sedona shuttle. We ate dinner one night at Mesa Grill, which was excellent. Reservations are required for dinner at Mesa Grill, even on a week night.

This location is south of Sedona in the smaller community of Village of Oak Creek. Close to many wonderful hikes, walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants yet far from the larger Sedona crowds and traffic. Nearby Ranger Station very well done and helpful.

One or two days is all that is needed if with a family.
One or two days is all that is needed if with a family. The town is too crowded and commercialized so visit Sedona for the nature, the hikes, the vistas. If you do plan in being in town then plan to visit very early on weekends and watch out for traffic, it can be really bad. Also, make dinner reservations well in advance. Food/restaurants are just OK so if you are a foodie lower your expectations.

Beware of ticketing traps on tourists.
Beware of ticketing traps on tourists. Look at Trip Advisor concerning this scam. Always loved Sedona. We parked with other cars on a quiet street where there were no 'no parking' signs. We got a ticket for $125 and cannot possibly go to court to contest it. We live in Washington. We were legally parked and criminalized as is their routine for tourists. One of the
restaurants imposed a 24% tip automatically

Amazing views, abundance of trails and activities in the area. However, beware that Sedona is a small town that receives millions of tourists every year, hence driving/parking situation is abysmal. Stay in close proximity to trails and restaurants if you can to avoid driving.
We (a group of friends) had a great stay at the Sugar Loaf Lodge for two days. Very welcoming and helpfull staff, we only meet the same person for the days we where staying, his name was Thor and we only have good things to say about him.
Breakfast is simple but its good enough to get the day started.
There is a pool and a hot tub.
Location is good, many places to have dinner and stores are close by. Its also close to hiking trails. We can only recommend this place and will definitely come again if we travel to Sedona again.
Best possible location in Sedona. Based in Uptown Sedona within walkable distance to the busy area, but itself located in the quiet dark sky neighbourhood. The road connects to plenty of hiking trails. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Everything is clean. Innkeepers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with local activities. They provide a to-do and FAQ folder for the region. Breakfast is delicious, fresh and supports a healthy diet. Wouldn’t stay another place upon a future visit.
I loved that the cost for my two dogs was only $25 a night. Also that there is a dog area for potty time and in the lobby there were bowls down with water. Very pet friendly! The hotel itself is so clean and bright. Breakfast was SO good, loved the variety and that there was a chef there making omelets to order. The room was huge and clean, definitely accommodated my family of 3 and two dog babies. The next time we are in Sedona we'll stay here.
This hotel was perched at the top of Sedona, next to the airport.
The bedroom was big enough for 4, with 2 Queen beds, and even a small table and chairs to play some cards. The hotel is well entertained with beautiful gardens, a fish pond and outdoor sitting areas. Parking was available next to our room.
There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere in a 5 mile radius, which is very convenient if you don't wish to take you car.
We loved the room and location. We loved our balcony in the morning when we were having our coffee. The location was great because we did not have all the traffic and congestion that the other hotels had that were on the other side of Sedona. We also loved the texts we got from your AWESOME staff. Nick was very helpful telling us where the best places to eat and the best places to see.
Perfect location at Bell Rock, you can do the best hike (double loop) starting from your hotel without searching for parking lots. The view from our rook was fantastic, and the picknic area offers the same beautiful view for everyone. The room was big, very clean and had everything you need for a longer stay. The woman at the reception was very kind, we felt very welcome.
Sedona is a magical and tranquil place to visit and stay. I booked this hotel for my parents, and they absolutely loved it! They had no problems checking in their room, room was spacious, and had all the amenities. They absolutely want to go back and stay at same hotel. The price is fantastic, great value, and most importantly, peace of mind.
The hospitality of the hotel manager was excellent. He gave us great ideas on what to do in Sedona. We were also advised on the busy times for reservations and to book ahead at the popular places. It was such an easy process of checking in and checking out of this cute inn. We would definitely come back again!
Most incredible location ever. There were two areas to see the sunset over the Red Rocks ... one was a wedding venue (with two weddings over the weekend) and another smaller one. Even the drive up the mountain was stunning. This is probably one of the best locations in Sedona.
great location, beautiful resort. Its one of the best hotels we have stayed in in Arizona!!! We are definitely planning on staying here again when we visit Sedona. great resort, food, drinks, Starbucks in mornings. lots of activities for kids and love the fire pits lol
It was near the West end of 89A so was quiet. I used a bicycle to get around Sedona. The property gardens are serene and quiet with multiple flame tables to add to the ambiance. I highly recommend this Inn. Parking was big spaces.... one per room, and FREE!
Sedona hotels were quite pricey in general when we were booking, and this was the least expensive option we found. The room itself was clean, and there was ample parking. The location is great, with restaurants and hiking trails close by.
We came up from Chandler for spring break, this was our first time in Sedona and we couldn’t have picked a better location! It was me, my husband, mother and 3 kids and we had plenty of room to move around! Highly recommend!
I loved the care put into the garden which was beautiful as well as the common areas of the hotel - all made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also incredible - 5 min to many trailheads in west Sedona.
The staff was warm and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and nice. Rustic in a great Sedona way and very clean. Best of all was the value. Could not beat the price. No pool, but in Sedona we didn't miss it.
staff was super helpful and the breakfast was the best in my experience. the hotel is in the great place in the heart of the social life of Sedona.
beautiful view out of the window
Clean resort with fun amenities (pool, basketball, mini golf, etc). Had our own space to ourselves, fully equipped kitchen, located slightly outside of the Sedona traffic.
Hotel was conveniently located and easy to access other areas in Sedona while being a little removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown weekend traffic of Sedona.
This is a very nice hotel right in the heart of beautiful Sedona. The room was comfortable and clean and parking was available on site. We would stay here again.
