It was amazing. I had a wonderful time, it is a lot to do in the downtown area a lot of attractions to see. Need more than just four days. You need to be willing to just take it all in and enjoy yourself. Unless you’re going for business. Our trip was for my husband‘s birthday so it was a very relaxing trip. The city has a lot to offer. The only downfall is the parking you definitely need a card because they do not accept cash at most places.

My best friend and I were in town for a concert.
My best friend and I were in town for a concert. We had so much fun popping into the bars and restaurants before hand… met some really cool people and Felt very safe. Found an amazing Mexican restaurant right on the water called Nuevos that we went to for lunch two days in a row! Loved walking around and taking scenic pictures of the docks area surrounding it after our bellies were full. With more time we would have visited the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and done some shopping. So much to do! Indoors and out. And so little traffic. We felt safe the whole time. Really kind of loving the little big city of Cleveland!

The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see.
The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see. University Circle is like looking at a picture. The buildings are a mix of older beautiful architecture mixed with new modern buildings. It was breathtaking. The sycamore trees were amazing. There are so many things to see as you walk to events or restaurants.

The hotel was near the Theaters and had many restaurant options. The best part for me was the short distance to the Cleveland Clinic and they also had the option to use their free shuttle service. Although, I found out from the hotel that I could have received a discounted rate with being there for the Cleveland Clinic. I felt like booking.com should have shared that information with me, so we could have saved ourselves some money.
I would recommend the Comfort Inn, but I'd suggest looking up the hotel's phone number and reserve directly through them to get the hospital discount, if that's the purpose of your stay.

City is really beautiful!
City is really beautiful! There were plenty things to look at. Went to a Browns game that was really great since the Browns won! Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit all within walking distance of each other. The Tap restaurant and bar and the Clevelander were to places we stop in to have food and brew. The Tap has a bunch of different beers on tap. Went to one restaurant and bar for breakfast that was fantastic but unfortunately i forgot their name but they were located in the same area as the other places i mentioned. They also have a decent size casino. There is plenty of parking areas so I recommend to park and walk around the city.
The breakfast, the facilities, its location to the things we wanted to do, were all great. The staff were extremely friendly. In particular we were so impressed with Kiyana in the Teachers Lounge . Not only did she offer really fast and friendly service but every time we came back she greeted us like an old friend and remembered our names and always asked about how we were doing even beyond the stay at the hotel. She is a great ambassador for the hotel.
No matter which side of the building you're on, you'll likely have a decent view of something, whether it's Lake Erie, Public Square or the stunning Fountain of Eternal Life. Beds were comfy. The hotel is close to downtown attractions. Shout out to the staff member who helped me fix the reservation and find a room when I had accidentally booked the wrong day for our stay.
Everything was extremely clean, spacious and amazing amenities!
The host was very tentative and provided very clear instructions and the location was central and convenient, close to downtown and all the major attractions.
we will book again when in Cleveland and will recommend to others.
Very clean, lovely upscale hotel in a historic and interesting building in a very central location. Good breakfast and helpful staff. We self parked across the street. Short walk to the lakefront and downtown restaurants. Room was very large, and had a fridge. Will use again.
Outstanding and more then complete equipment in a nice, modern house, outstanding welcome, more then comfortable, great beds, great parking, diverse and upcoming neighborhood, perfect tips for Cleveland, can‘t be better! Thanks for a great stay!
The hotel and arcade are gorgeous and a great place to stroll around. It is located within easy walking distance to many restaurants, sports venues and cultural attractions. We didn't use our car the whole weekend we were there.
Great location, right in downtown Cleveland. Place is very modern, spacious en with good facilities. Flexibility with check-in times were also a big plus since we arrived by train, late at night.
The room was clean and sufficient for our needs at a fair price. The location is convenient in relation to downtown Cleveland. The continental breakfast was good - a bit above average.
The property is convenient to museums, downtown, little Italy, Fairmount and Cedar, and more. The rooms are spacious and attractive. And the hotel staff is so friendly snd helpful.
The staff is amazing. The accomodation is very confortable and clean. They offer a shuttle from Cleveland Airport to the Hotel. The restaurant is very good and has a good price.
The location is fantastic. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The lobby is far too tiny, but it is still the coziest spots in downtown Cleveland.
