This amazing condo is right between downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah. You'll love the location. Walk to groceries, dining...everything. Easy access to the bus, TRAX line, skiing, restaurants, shopping and events. We pride ourselves in being clean and classy. Furnished with everything to make you feel at home including Fiber Optics internet! . Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Enjoy G-Fiber and 1TB speeds! This Beautiful condo is nestled inside a lower ground level courtyard in the perfect location. The Uni of Utah is minutes to the east with downtown Salt Lake just as close on the west. Walk, bike or TRAX to anything and everything SLC has to offer. This air-conditioned apartment comes with a seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. What's nearby - Temple Square 0.9 mi - University of Utah, Huntsman Institute, Primary Children's Hospital 1.9 mi - Salt Palace 1 mi - Vivint Smart Home Arena 1.3 mi - Conference Center 1 mi - Hogle Zoo 3.4 mi - Tabernacle is 1.7 mi - Utah Museum of Natural History is 1.4 mi The nearest airport is Salt Lake International
We want you to thoroughly enjoy your vacation or business trip. Most people are really tidy, and we appreciate that, however we want you to have downtime, or activity packed adventures as well. We'll take care of washing the sheets, towels, taking out the garbage... so you can relax and rejuvenate. We are available through messaging or text anytime for all of your questions or concerns. With the only exception being if I'm sleeping well through the night ;). We won't bother you unnecessarily but we're there if you need us. We are a retired couple who enjoy having a side gig and having a place that people can enjoy and feel comfortable in. We love staying there and partaking of all the activities the City has to offer.
Whatever you choose to come to Salt Lake City for, Skiing, friends, business, special occasions, the night life.... I'm sure the grocery store, Sprouts, right across the street, Trader Joe's, or a Smiths Super store will aide in your enjoyment. Also the numerous eating establishments on 4th South will be a delight and easy to consume on the run, or to make an evening of.
