Welcome to your private oasis and relax in your own poolside private guest suite of 700 spacious square feet complete with private, keyless entry. Enjoy the screened-in poolside lanai where you can soak in the sun (or enjoy it under a large sun umbrella), have a dip in the heated pool (88 degrees F) or just relax in the peaceful solitude of your surroundings. Your suite is completely separate from the main house with no shared walls; the only shared facilities are the pool and patio area. It consists of a large bedroom and brand new king-size bed, a bathroom and a separate living/dinning area. After a fun day at the nearby beach (one of the most beautiful in the world!), relax on the cozy living area complete with sofa, large flat-screen tv and table. Dedicated workspace also included. Don't want to venture out for breakfast? Enjoy it in the comfort of your room complete with a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Two adult bicycles with helmets are provided for guests along with two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler/ice packs for your adventures. Welcome!

Otter Mound Preserve, a relaxed waterfront preserve offering a walking trail through a historic tropical hardwood hammock, is two blocks away. The Shops of Marco featuring a new Publix grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, bank, pharmacy, hardware store, and doctors office is a 3 minute drive or quick bike ride.
