The Residence Inn was a great choice for us in Vail. The hotel has all the amenities you need for your ski trip. Their shuttle service to Vail Village is very convenient and runs every 15 minutes until 10pm. Parking is great! Without knowing too much about other hotels in Vail, I think it is an excellent option in terms of price/benefit without ever feeling like a low-cost hotel (which it is not). 100% recommended.
Located in the center of Vail Village, this hotel offers a heated outdoor pool and hot tub year-round. Each room features a smart flat-screen TV.

It is all about the skiing for most people, and the Vail ski resort is amazing. Hard to beat as a ski destination. It is generally a very expensive place to stay but there are many options available to you.
As a town, feels a bit disjointed with the two main locations of Vail Village and Lionshead being separated. If you come without your own transport, get used to having to take buses/shuttles most places. Having said that, the transport system is incredibly good once you work it all out. Lots of places to eat, moreso in Vail Village.
As it is also under Epic Pass, easy to ski Beaver Creek during your stay in Vail, with a great (free) bus service mostly every 20 mins from Vail to BC and only takes about half an hour. It is a shame that the same is not available for Breckenridge, another Epic resort.

Amazing mountain!
Amazing mountain! You can’t beat the vastness of this mountain. There is something for everyone and every level of skiing.
The village is awesome with plenty of restaurants and shops. I would avoid this place on busy holiday weekends.

We visited during the autumn when the aspen colors were at their peak. Incredible views everywhere. Nice warm sun and cool nights. Village was pretty quiet as it was "between seasons" which made for a very relaxing visit, with no waits for restaurants, etc. Very easy to walk around the public areas.

Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town.
Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town. It is a credit to the locals who seem to take great pride in their town. It has the benefit natural beauty with its surrounding mountains. The free electric bus service that teavels around the town is a great way to see the sights including the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens which are well worth a visit .

I rented this property for 5 nights and when I arrived was very cold I reached to them to fix they never did so I pent 3 nights in cold rooms where the heater is not working
The fire place completely not working
To take showers it’s impossible the water is just little ear don’t com hot water
The rooms on all the furniture dusting
I check out 2nits in advance relating with contortions of cold in rooms and they refuse to return money for two nights .
Very bad experience I don’t recommend no one to rent this property…
location was great! Steps away from the Vail village, and 6 minutes walk to Gondala One. The Staff here are AMAZING, they are so genuinely friendly and helpful. Always on top of getting me my board, storing it, calling a taxi, answering calls etc. The room itself was very big, with a separate sitting area with a fireplace. They are also dog friendly! (unlike some other hotels that say they are dog friendly but they are really not with their strange dog policy). Gravity haus Vail is awesome, would 10/10 stay again and recommend.
I had a great stay here at the Vail Run Resort, and would definitely return. If you don't mind some outdated aesthetics, want a kitchenette, a pool, and plenty of convenience, this spot is for you. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I loved having access to both the local Vail bus route and the private VRR shuttle. This resort is also very close to Safeway and other shops. For everything that you get from staying here, you can't beat the price in this area.
They had just opened this hotel a few days ago and everything looked shiny and new. Our room had a kitchenette and living room space , so overall very spacious.
They had some water issue next day morning and they gave us late checkout because of that .
Gym was also very well equipped.
Property was very close to Vail village. Huge display of fall colors right from the bedroom.
Vail is absolutely beautiful and this place was quiet and clean, tucked away in the greenery of Vail. The whole place was spotless and there was tea and coffee. Vail is very expensive, so this was pretty affordable all things considered. Going in October was a great decision, the leaves were just changing colors.
Apartment was fantastic - clean, comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen and BBQ on the deck. We came for 5 nights but decided to stay for 10! Great location and only 20 minutes on the free shuttle bus to Vail and the ski area. Highly recommend.
The hotel was under renovation, but they gave me an upgrade with an excellent room, recently renovated, the staff were great, all the service was very attentive, the location is wonderful, the breakfast was not luxurious, but very good for the price. I loved my experience.
Tue ocation is perfect
The staff, especially cleaning ar3 amazing
The bar/restaurant staff are special, the work super hard as it is an open bat but still recognise you.
Best bar in Vail, snacks in Vail.
Next door in Mexican restaurant, Best restaurant in Vail.
The hotel was gorgeous, I loved that it was walking distance to everything but definitely on the quieter side of Vail Village. We were only there for a night so we didn’t take full advantage of all the amenities but we definitely enjoyed our stay!
the location was great! price was affordable, best in best is there is hotpool at the inside and outside, the outside is amazing during the snow, it also got kitchen that helps u don’t need go to expensive restaurants in vail every single meal.
From homestake condos I got the the best view of the mountains and both LionsHead ,and Vail Villages ,is very peacefull and quiet ,the staf at vail realty was very nice and helpfull ,excelent service good value .
We had a very nice newly renovated 2 bedrooms apartment on the ground floor which we really appreciated.
We enjoyed jacuzzi and swimming pool a lot. The free bass to West Vail village was very helpful too.
Good location, a bit to one side away from the Vail village main square, near gondola. Breakfast options were good in Cucina. Rooms are nicely appointed. Water/Soda filling station was a plus.
Christiania Lodge is one of the oldest hotels in Vail Village and is located just a short walk from shops, restaurants and the ski gondola. it has a charming feel, but shows it’s age.
