We visit Moab every few years for the hiking. This year we went to mountain bike. Off season(Nov-early March) is best for more solitude. Amazing red rock country with a wide variety of activities for every skill level.

Perfect place to visit to do SO much (or as little as you want). Short, easy hikes and long, strenuous hikes are all there. National parks, Colorado River, museums, great food, biking trails - this place has it all.

We came to Moab during the off-season to avoid high numbers of people. Since we bring our dogs, we don't go to the National Parks. We spent time hiking local birding spots and rock-hounding spots - lots of BLM ground for public access. We really enjoyed using Moab as our hub and then spending our days going in different directions. We shopped at the local grocery store and ate from our vehicle and/or our hotel room.

My Hotel room was dirty. The bed sheets had stains on it.
My Hotel room was dirty. The bed sheets had stains on it. The ceiling fan had strings of dust hanging from it and the door entering the room was broken. Because I have severe allergies and just couldn’t bring myself to sleep on the stained sheet I left a few minutes after check in. Booking and Days Inn of Moab refused to give my money back. I had to spend money on another hotel for the night. My first experience with Booking was not good because they wouldn’t make it right. Because of this my stay in Moab was not pleasant.

Visiting both Arches and Canyonlands was great as they are 2 different experiences. We did each of those in 1 day each. We also added a rafting trip down the Colorado river which broke things up a bit.

One of the most beautiful and overwhelming views of the landscape that we have ever experienced. Great hiking opportunities for anyone that enjoys the mild to the most challenging paths and for those that just want to view and take pictures of the magnificent landscapes!
The property is beautiful, clean, and just felt very high end for a Hyatt Place. I’ve stayed in several of these same hotels in other areas that look/feel nothing like this. This place is fantastic! The rooms, pool, hot tub, splash pad and grounds are extremely well kept! We stayed in a casita (family of 5) and I don’t know if I’d ever want to stay anywhere else in Moab, but here, again! 🙂 I highly, highly, recommend the casitas, if it’s in your budget.
Last minute booking (we literally booked online from the parking lot) and this place ticked all the boxes! Nice pool and hot tub, excellent full hot free breakfast (when no other hotels are offering that), perfect location on the outside of Moab so you don't have to deal with lot of traffic. Lovely park-like area in the back, pet friendly, parking all around the building so you can unload easily and access your room. Definitely recommend!
The villa was gorgeous! We loved the king sized bed, hot tub, kitchen and living space. This is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends after a long day of exploring Moab. And it's pet friendly. We noticed that there's a grill although we didn't have a chance to use it. It was serene and quiet. The owners responded very quickly to all questions. Thanks again!
Wow! Simply the best stay we had on our 4 weeks road trip through Utah/Arizona. Everything at this Hideout is perfect: the calm location, the views at the rim (better than every hotel in Moab Downtown), the lovely rooms, the great kitchen, the patios. On top of the most beautiful house you could live in, you get a magnificent breakfast homemade by an angel of a woman.
Room was large and comfy with great kitchen area with full sized fridge. Large closet and plenty of space to spread out including dinette table. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and accommodating. Lobby area is very comfortable. Pool area and hot tub nice. Right within walking distance to downtown Moab. Beds very comfortable. Newer hotel.
Moved to the Radcliffe as wasn't happy with the hotel we'd booked in Moab after staying a night. Best decision we could have made. Stayed for 2 nights. Staff are great and so welcoming. Really reasonable price and amazingly comfortable and well thought out rooms. Great restaurant too. Would definitely recommend and go back.
Hotel Moab intentionally overbooked and moved us to a different hotel. We were disappointed, as we had specifically selected that hotel. We were moved to the Best Western, which was wonderful. In fact, I wish we had booked the Best Western all along.
The room was nice and clean, comfy beds. Enough parking in front. Breakfast was okay. We got a great price! And I liked the architectural style. Close to all kinds of shops in Moab.
Actually it was one of the best motels during our road-trip.
Hotel is just off Moab main street at the south end. Despite proximity, room was quiet and has small deck where you can sit outside and enjoy the desert evening, then take a short stroll into downtown to eat / shop.
The pool after a morning/day hike was really refreshing! The room is not so nice but it is clean and big. Location is the best, very nice in the centre of moab. Pricewise the best choice in maob.
Wow, what a great hotel! Room was very spacious, had a kitchen and desk/couch area. Nice pool area and access to BBQs. Perfect location to visit Arches and downtown Moab.
