Located in the community of Briarwood, the house is near plenty of excellent shops and restaurants, and just six miles from the beach. In addition to the shared tennis courts and pool, the community has a clubhouse and a three-acre park. A relaxing interior filled with soft floral decor and light walls is a great place to come together for a fun evening activity. Break out the board games, find a book you're curious about in the entertainment center, or just turn on the TV and see what's on cable. There's a DVD player, if you brought something to watch, and WiFi helps you keep in touch with the folks back home. With so much free time, it's the perfect opportunity to try some new recipes in the fully equipped kitchen. Brew some coffee in the morning to help yourself wake up, then prepare a healthy breakfast. When you're done, the dishwasher takes care of cleanup. Eat at the nearby dining table or open the sliding glass doors to head out onto the patio.
