Breckenridge Business License No. 43196 A stay in a cozy vacation condo at the Sundowner T4 Condominium puts you in walking distance to the lifts and Breckenridge's Victorian Main Street, with access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, activities, and town events. This 860 square foot condo has a wood burning fireplace, access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and with access to the free bus system just feet away you can visit all Summit County Ski Resorts for those vacationers who would like to get out and explore! After you enter the unit you will find ample area to store all of your winter gear in the entry way. A few more steps and you will find the open kitchen area with all the amenities you should need to cook up your favorite meal. There are 3 bar stools that sit at the bar style counter that separate the kitchen and living area. In the living area you will find plenty of seats, to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, with the new sectional sofa. You can watch the game or news on the smart tv located in the living area. There is a also a dining table close to the fireplace in case you want to have that intimate dinner and listen to the sound of the crackling embers.  Off of the hallway to your right you will find the bathroom with a shower. Directly across from the bathroom is the large bedroom which has a queen size bed and access to the balcony so you can wake up, walk outside and inhale some fresh mountain air. The balcony can also be accessed from the living room sliding glass doors.
