This lovely Lincoln City vacation home includes soothing ocean views, a hot tub, a gorgeous deck, dog-friendly atmosphere, and a partially fenced yard. The house has a duplex-like setup ideal for multiple families, though please note that the stairs connecting the two levels are outside.

Neighborhood info

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood toward the south side of Lincoln City, you'll be a steep quarter-mile walk from beach access and a mile from Siletz Bay. Take a guided eco-tour in a kayak or a hike on one of six trails in the area that will take you from the forest to the beach. There's golfing at the Salishan Resort (four miles south) or Chinook Winds Golf Resort (about five miles north), as well as gambling at the casino, shopping at the outlet mall, and dining at the surprising variety of restaurants.
