It was amazing. I had a wonderful time, it is a lot to do in the downtown area a lot of attractions to see. Need more than just four days. You need to be willing to just take it all in and enjoy yourself. Unless you’re going for business. Our trip was for my husband‘s birthday so it was a very relaxing trip. The city has a lot to offer. The only downfall is the parking you definitely need a card because they do not accept cash at most places.

My best friend and I were in town for a concert.
My best friend and I were in town for a concert. We had so much fun popping into the bars and restaurants before hand… met some really cool people and Felt very safe. Found an amazing Mexican restaurant right on the water called Nuevos that we went to for lunch two days in a row! Loved walking around and taking scenic pictures of the docks area surrounding it after our bellies were full. With more time we would have visited the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and done some shopping. So much to do! Indoors and out. And so little traffic. We felt safe the whole time. Really kind of loving the little big city of Cleveland!

The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see.
The Cleveland downtown area has so much to see. University Circle is like looking at a picture. The buildings are a mix of older beautiful architecture mixed with new modern buildings. It was breathtaking. The sycamore trees were amazing. There are so many things to see as you walk to events or restaurants.

The hotel was near the Theaters and had many restaurant options. The best part for me was the short distance to the Cleveland Clinic and they also had the option to use their free shuttle service. Although, I found out from the hotel that I could have received a discounted rate with being there for the Cleveland Clinic. I felt like booking.com should have shared that information with me, so we could have saved ourselves some money.
I would recommend the Comfort Inn, but I'd suggest looking up the hotel's phone number and reserve directly through them to get the hospital discount, if that's the purpose of your stay.

City is really beautiful!
City is really beautiful! There were plenty things to look at. Went to a Browns game that was really great since the Browns won! Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit all within walking distance of each other. The Tap restaurant and bar and the Clevelander were to places we stop in to have food and brew. The Tap has a bunch of different beers on tap. Went to one restaurant and bar for breakfast that was fantastic but unfortunately i forgot their name but they were located in the same area as the other places i mentioned. They also have a decent size casino. There is plenty of parking areas so I recommend to park and walk around the city.
I loved that I could take my daughter and her friends downtown Cleveland and feel safe by myself. I felt comfortable and secure the whole time. It felt like home - important for a woman traveling alone.
The view was the best in the house! Kids had their own area to hang out in with their own tv.
The breakfast was worth the spend. I plan on doing this again for my daughter whenever we come to Cleveland for a show or concert - this way I don’t have to park at the event or drive home late at night.
The location can’t be beat… Right in the heart of downtown. The hotel itself was decent. Breakfast was pretty good, but I’ve never had an issue with that at Hampton inns. The staff was exceptional. Kathy handled me from Check into checkout and I could not have asked for a better experience. Very pleasant, accommodating and efficient. what more could you ask for.
Very clean, lovely upscale hotel in a historic and interesting building in a very central location. Good breakfast and helpful staff. We self parked across the street. Short walk to the lakefront and downtown restaurants. Room was very large, and had a fridge. Will use again.
The location his ideal for Cleveland. You are a two minute walk from the casino and the warehouse district's clubs and restaurants. It's not a hotel room but rather an apartment. 12 ft ceilings, full kitchen... And for roughly the same cost as a downtown hotel room.
Breakfast was good, bar and facilities were good, the location was excellent, with views across the Eerie and First Energy Stadium and within easy walking distance to the bar areas and Playhouse Square.. if you love Cleveland, this will be perfect for you.
Fantastic location. Walking distance to the major attractions (Progressive Field, Theatre District, Architectural Gems, Dinning, etc...) Bed/pillows were beyond comfortable. Okay breakfast selection. Hotel/room/bathroom were all clean.
Location is good in downtown Cleveland, very near the sports arenas. East 4th street is a 5-minute walk away. Room is spacious and looks newly renovated. Arcade is very beautiful. Rising Star coffee shop on the 1st floor.
This hotel is very nicely decorated, and the mattress and bedding was very comfortable. Nice shower in a clean bathroom. We really enjoyed the room. We were within short driving distance of uptown and downtown.
Room was okay and not great. Bathroom was nice but room itself felt a bit run down. Entertainment area was also not great. Few places to sit and not hotel amenities for what they charge.
The property in located in the center of Cleveland. Easy access to most downtown locations by walk. Car parking in next door and moving in and out of Cleveland is also quite easy.
This trip was more for my mom, we loved the room at the Hotel and how friendly the staff was. We had no issues, and it was safe to be out walking around the area.
Very comfortable bed, easy to use TV, great location for airport and downtown Cleveland, good customer service, privacy well looked after with locking rooms
