This apartment was fantastic. It is described as a budget apartment but it exceeded everything we expected and was great value for money, spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The hosts were also great and were always around to talk to if anything was needed. Situated within a private gated resort, the property is nestled between two very relaxed swimming pools and benefits from a private parking space right outside the door. Location was brilliant and it was very easy to get anywhere around Phoenix from the apartment. We had a great time!

Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our highest rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts just a few feet away; Amazon, UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered directly to your door. Unlike the others here, all of our rentals offer extras such as stereo surround sound, landline telephone service with voicemail, caller ID and unlimited long distance calls to Canada and within the U.S., as well as a representative to greet you on site and to tend to any needs that may arise. All our properties feature free hi-speed WiFi.

Property information

Save even more over our already low rates with this, our most affordable 2 bed/2 bath rental for those on a tighter budget or who simply wish to get the most bang for their buck! This is one of our "budget" rentals for travelers who want to save the most on their stay. While it may not feature the newest appliances, furnishings, kitchen utensils, etc. it is still a great value for the price. For those more concerned about those things you may wish to try one of our other properties at a higher price point. However all of our rentals are still priced lower than most here at the resort, as we pride ourselves on offering a tremendous value at our extremely competitive rates. This is a nicely appointed upper level condo located in the gated Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs community within 100 feet of both the Canyon Pool and Sunset Pool, the latter of which can be seen from the balcony. The unit features a full-size patio balcony, accessible from two sets of arcadia doors, overlooking the community. Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop while you dine outside or sip your morning coffee. The modern 1100 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room and can sleep up to four comfortably with a queen and two twin-size beds. The open kitchen & dining area and nine foot ceilings create a feeling of space and openness throughout. The unit features a 46-inch HDTV entertainment system w/1000-watt Blu-Ray 5.1 surround sound, as well as integrated iPod & WiFi connections allowing you access to Netflix, Amazon, YouTube & more right from the TV screen as you relax on the ultra comfy L-shaped modular sofa. Further upgraded services such as WiFi Internet and premium cable channels are also available.

Neighbourhood information

The Pointe Resort is a private gated community located at North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. It's just a half-mile walk to the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation while the centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base.
