Nice hotel with nice services. Small piscine but good enough to relax from hot sunny day in april. Nice breakfast with variety of vietnamien foods and western together. I enjoyed fresh tropical fruits every morning. Smile and friendly front desk who answers each time with very helpful tips and call taxis very fast for us. Thank you. I really enjoyed Hoi an.

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived at the Golden Holiday – the staff team are very friendly and incredibly helpful. The receptionists speak perfect English, offer useful tourist advice and can help you plan your stay in Hoi An. We enjoyed all interactions with hotel staff. The facilities were also of high quality – the pool is a beautiful relaxing space, the spa is enjoyable, and the breakfast offered diverse and delicious options for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, about a 15 minute walk from Hoi An Old Town – close, but far enough away to offer some peace. The hotel is beautiful inside and out; very clean with charming décor. We were a family of 5 staying in two connecting rooms, and we had ample space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here immensely, and would recommend to everyone!

The hotel is well kept, clean and furnished with taste. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff is phenomenal, helpful, very kind, smiley, and cared to help us with indications on the city. The position is good enough to get to the old town on foot, and the breakfast was excellent. Very conveniently located, within walking distance to city center (circa 20 min) or to the beach and nearby rice fields. The hotel offers free bikes to move around if you do not wish to walk or to call a taxi. very clean (we did not have the chance to try the pool though), excellent breakfast and the staff was super professional and helpful with very good tips and advices.

Perfect location - between old town and the beach. Hotel provides bicycles free of charge which we made great use out of to cycle in and out of town and to the beach. The lady who checked us in at reception was so helpful and provided us with lots of information about tours, tailors and places to eat etc. Breakfast had a good selection of eggs, breads, fruits, hot food and salads which was great. Room was fabulous, so spacious and the bed was really comfy. TV had Netflix which was a great surprise in the evening as we wanted to relax and unwind during our travels. Good Laundry Service Gym was basic but had enough for a short workout during travelling with a smith machine, treadmill and free weights. The room it is in is quite small though,

Warm friendly staff always happy to help and make stay more comfortable. Lovely relaxing pool area. Room was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a premium room with balcony. It was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Location of the hotel was perfect plenty of restaurants and coffee shops right next to the hotel. About a 15/20 minute stroll into the old town or a 4 minute drive in a grab. Great breakfast included something different every morning and plentiful. There is also a restaurant and bar at the hotel......serves the best vietnamese iced coffee.The jewel of the hotel is Ms Sue who always had a huge smile and welcoming hello she is a credit to the hotel works extremely hard and always makes every guest feel special and welcome. Thank you to each and every staff member at the hotel who made our stay special. We would definitely stay at the golden holiday hotel and spa again
