Ideal location. Downtown is pretty loud so hotels in that area are noisy. Little Hoi An is just 3 doors from the corner where a bridge goes to Ancient Town or, if you don’t go across the bridge, you can stay on the same side of the river to go to the hundreds of shops and restaurants on the side of the river where Little Hoi An is located. The staff was the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The pool was beautiful. The mattress was VERY comfortable. There is a mini-bar fridge. We had a river front balcony that we did not use much (stayed there 10 days) and would not get a balcony suite next time since the view is not special (nice, but not special). They exchanged American dollars for Vietnamese Dong currency for a 3% fee whenever we needed some. There is an elevator.

We loved the location, right at the river and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff went above and beyond of our needs. Including when I left something in the room they sent information about it. We also wanted some special dinner and they helped to find what we were looking for Kayle was amazing. We also noticed that the staff loves working there. They celebrated the birthday of one of the managers and they were having so much fun. Thank you. We will be back for sure.

This is a lovely, nice sized hotel, good location, wonderful breakfasts, and the best part about it was the staff, they were just amazing! Kate, Kayle, Rose, and Cherry at reception were 5-star quality. Not to mention the people wolho work in the breakfast room and restaurant. They make you feel like family!

I love that the property was a true boutique hotel. The rooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable. And the location was great! Walking distance to everything. Staff are v friendly and helpful. The guest relation team Rose, Cherry, Kayle and Kate were exceptional and gave us a surprise birthday celebration for my wife while we stayed. Location is excellent as it is walking distance to Hoi An ancient town and lantern market. Hotel is also nicely decorated with Vietnamese style.

Outstanding staff, especially Kate, who made our stay really top-notch with her suggestions for local dining and visits. Lovely clean hotel with comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Well located—can walk to everything but you’re not in the middle of the tourist crowds (or the evening karaoke bars). Visit old town in the morning to avoid too much hustle and bustle. Hoi An is gorgeous, with so much history, but it seems to be almost overwhelmed at certain times of day with visiting hordes. We had an excellent and great fun BBQ experience at Moi, just around the corner—not for the faint hearted, but if you want to dine like a local! (Just don’t order the beef tendons.)

There are so many things to like in Little Hoi An. The room was nice and clean with balcony overlooking the river - just a nice place to rest after intensive day. Breakfast offered huge variety of tasty options to choose from, so definitely each day had great start. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended, especially considering it’s hard to beat location.
