My recent stay at Tanoa Tusitala hotel in Apia exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Despite my early morning arrival, they accommodated me with a seamless check-in process, which was incredibly helpful after a long flight.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of work. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing key business areas and local attractions during my downtime.
What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for dining options, they were always willing to assist with a smile.
Overall, Tanoa Tusitala hotel is the perfect choice for business travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it and will certainly be returning on my next visit to Apia.

I love the friendly staff, very approachable and kind. The location was really good for me and easy to get around. The breakfast was basic but very delicious, I would love to see the famous panipopo on the menu though. Despite sharing bathroom and toilets, it was very clean. I feel at home at Outrigger.

What I liked about the accomodation was how spacious the place was and the detailed information provided prior to arrived helped to find the accomodation easily.

Apia is a great holiday destination to visit for those that want somewhere to relax. The people are friendly and helpful but do be aware of going to markets. They have locals prices and tourist prices, possibly even in stores as well. So if you know a local there, that will work to your advantage. It is also an advantage if you can learn some key phrases before you go. The locals really appreciate it when they see tourists who are learning or trying to speak their language.

If you want to visit paradise this is the place.
If you want to visit paradise this is the place. I don't like that they use paper straws everywhere. They have good local food. Food was perfect, be aware it's hot so come prepare with summer clothes and gears.
Make sure to get a spacious good rental car. Its easy to get around, you can also use Google map. Fish and chips at the fish market is really good🤗👌Also stop by at Revive Restaurants at Vaitele best burgers but, if you're a coffee lover stop by at Coffee Roaster in Togafu'afu'a Apia they have the best coffee in town🤗😎👌👌God's blessings always💙🙏

Our Samoan experience was truly unforgettable, immersed in the beauty of the island, vibrant local vibes, warm hospitality of the Samoan people, and rich cultural encounters. The overall adventure was incredible; however, the drawback was the somewhat excessive pricing and a bit of disappointment with the food offerings.

It's good to get out of town and experience the real cultural life style. You never been to samoa if you don't visit Savaii. Amanaki restaurant got the best menu, decent prices, friendly staff. Pretty easy to wake around town it's not that big. Avoid walking around in town after dark.🤣🤣🤣

When going sightseeing make sure your ready to pay for things such as taking photos of waterfalls etc which we didn’t mind as it was only $5 tala person in the car and any way to make money for the Samoan people is well spent. There are signs where you pay.
Is definitely a bonus and makes the trip easier if you have at least one person in our group who speaks the language.
The best meal we had was when we attended the Island Grill in Apia. Absolutely delicious food wonderful customer service fast and priced reasonable.
Don’t go to the Casino in Apia. It should never have been out there. If people want to gamble you will never win there and it is supporting the wrong cause.
Markets were great and lots of souvenirs to take home for the family. Good prices and most people friendly.
If you have a weak stomach be careful where you are getting food from. Avoid the stores or road foods.
We found hiring a car from the airport and drop off was convenient if you have someone who can drive. We used Moana rentals. The car wasn’t full on pickup from the airport and had quite a few scratches but if you take photos before leaving the airport you will be fine. Drinking a round is a little hectic but once your used to it your fine.
If you are looking for a party go to the Hotel Millenia Fridays and Saturdays they have a live band. Bar staff require some customer service training and drinks can be a little warm late in the night as they usually run out.
The overall service of accommodating for our dad who was unable to walk a flight of stairs to the room. Samoana Hotel accommodated by making changes so dad can have a ground floor room. Very convenient and suitable to all our needs. Letting us use their hose and bucket to wash our hire van. Very friendly and helpful staff, just sorry we left early and didn't get to say good bye to Jade and her staff. Thank you for looking after us, even if it was just 3 nights. Lovely hotel with a Samoan feel. It's not a big, international resort chain. The front of house staff were excellent. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. It's worth including it in the booking. If you are aware it's a hoyel/conference/wedding centre and not a resort, you will be fine.
Our room was lovely and the air-conditioner worked well.
Sitting by the pool was easy and there is good food service around the pool.
Breakfast was excellent! Fina a staff member always very helpful, friendly with an amazing smile at breakfast
Very convenient to downtown Apia!
Great band Friday and Saturday nights!
Great hotel to meet Samoans!
If we wanted to meet wealthier Australians, Americans and Europeans go to a 5 star hotel, but if you want to meet the Samoans go to the hotels where they are likely to stay!
Very grateful for the owners for being understanding and assisting as much as possible with an unexpected emergency on the first night of our stay, they made sure my kids were comfortable until we checked out, earlier than expected. A cosy homestead setting surrounded by lovely real Samoa ‘feel’ beach fales. Breakfast was great. The pool is cleaned daily and refreshing. Staff very hospitable.
Very friendly staff, nice gardens and pool, comfortable room. Breakfast was a lovely Samoan selection and evening meals were no problem with nice restaurants within easy walking distance. I would recommend Roko's. Having a late flight out, I needed to store my bags in reception and was able to wait relaxing by the pool.
Staff were great. Thank you Lucy for looking after me! Lucy went above and beyond, very helpful, knowledgeable and always onsite to help with any queries.
The location is great - town is within walking distance.
Olivia's is a great option for budget-friendly option in Samoa.
Everything! I can not even find fault.
The food, the room, the pool were outstanding. From the time we arrived to when we left we were met with smiles and that warm Samoan hospitality.
We were all soo sad to leave. This is hands down going to be our go to when we come Samoa
I loved it because it was fit for my family as it was lovely and peaceful area ,everything was perfect .It was so convenient to stay in a place that was fully furnished and well maintained.
I would totally recommend to those who ever travels to Samoa, to stay here.
The facility was very clean, love my stay at Apia Inn. The lady was very lovely and I honestly enjoy my stay there. I am currently returning back to Samoa and would honestly rebook my stay with Apia Inn. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was right in town and we were close to a lot of of the shops, restraunts and the markets etc. Our dinner at the hotel was really good and the happy hour drinks were the best priced we found in Apia.
The place is beautiful and staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and everywhere in the city is a $5-$10tala taxi away. The restaurant at the hotel is technically a separate business but served delicious food!
-Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket and ATM
-Some of the staff were great
-'Hostel vibe'
-Nice outdoor area, which also includes a pool
-Safe area and safe hotel spaces
-Breakfast included
-Functional rooms
The Bookings rating is wrong. This is a 4.5 not 8.5. Don’t get me wrong hotels like this have their place. It was safe and a bed. Of course the staff were wonderful, they are Pacific Islanders.
the grounds are nice, as is the location. the internet connection is good. Free water is provided in the room (not the case in other hotels in Apia). The staff is really nice.
The hotel boys staff were very friendly and helpful.. always asking us if we needed anything or help with shopping to be taken upstairs. So they were great
