Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room.
Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands.

Good location to shop at the Markets and township. The price reflected the accommodation. It was tidy and clean and suited us for the night before heading off to Savaii. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast was an excellent addition as well as the location. The pool and dining area were both amazing after a busy day walking around the city. Close to the market by cab and a lovely gift shop right at the hotel.

Apia is a great holiday destination to visit for those that want somewhere to relax. The people are friendly and helpful but do be aware of going to markets. They have locals prices and tourist prices, possibly even in stores as well. So if you know a local there, that will work to your advantage. It is also an advantage if you can learn some key phrases before you go. The locals really appreciate it when they see tourists who are learning or trying to speak their language.

If you want to visit paradise this is the place.
If you want to visit paradise this is the place. I don't like that they use paper straws everywhere. They have good local food. Food was perfect, be aware it's hot so come prepare with summer clothes and gears.
Make sure to get a spacious good rental car. Its easy to get around, you can also use Google map. Fish and chips at the fish market is really good🤗👌Also stop by at Revive Restaurants at Vaitele best burgers but, if you're a coffee lover stop by at Coffee Roaster in Togafu'afu'a Apia they have the best coffee in town🤗😎👌👌God's blessings always💙🙏

Our Samoan experience was truly unforgettable, immersed in the beauty of the island, vibrant local vibes, warm hospitality of the Samoan people, and rich cultural encounters. The overall adventure was incredible; however, the drawback was the somewhat excessive pricing and a bit of disappointment with the food offerings.

It's good to get out of town and experience the real cultural life style. You never been to samoa if you don't visit Savaii. Amanaki restaurant got the best menu, decent prices, friendly staff. Pretty easy to wake around town it's not that big. Avoid walking around in town after dark.🤣🤣🤣

When going sightseeing make sure your ready to pay for things such as taking photos of waterfalls etc which we didn’t mind as it was only $5 tala person in the car and any way to make money for the Samoan people is well spent. There are signs where you pay.
Is definitely a bonus and makes the trip easier if you have at least one person in our group who speaks the language.
The best meal we had was when we attended the Island Grill in Apia. Absolutely delicious food wonderful customer service fast and priced reasonable.
Don’t go to the Casino in Apia. It should never have been out there. If people want to gamble you will never win there and it is supporting the wrong cause.
Markets were great and lots of souvenirs to take home for the family. Good prices and most people friendly.
If you have a weak stomach be careful where you are getting food from. Avoid the stores or road foods.
We found hiring a car from the airport and drop off was convenient if you have someone who can drive. We used Moana rentals. The car wasn’t full on pickup from the airport and had quite a few scratches but if you take photos before leaving the airport you will be fine. Drinking a round is a little hectic but once your used to it your fine.
If you are looking for a party go to the Hotel Millenia Fridays and Saturdays they have a live band. Bar staff require some customer service training and drinks can be a little warm late in the night as they usually run out.
The hotel is well located in central Apia so it's easy to get around and see the sights that the city has to offer. I arrived late in the evening and the security guard let me in and showed me to my room. The room was spacious with the air conditioning already on so it was comfortable to go right to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was basic, but fine given the price point of this place. Bread, cereal, jam, peanut butter, tea/coffee were on offer.
Staff was nice and friendly and the bathroom was clean.
The room was so clean. Really liked that a brush for the floor was available along with a fly spray. In addition to that, the bathroom had its own handwash and plenty of towels. The bathroom was immaculate compared to a 4 star we stayed at previously. The staff who came up to check the room was in order & that we had enough plates was so lovely. She was the highlight of the hotel in fact. So friendly and welcoming. Oh & lastly, appreciated that the hotel had an info guide of Samoa. Very helpful.
The owner was so lovely, she came around to check if we needed anything.
She also allow us to collect some coconuts and pawpaws as we are Samoans living overseas, we needed this to reconnect with our culture by climbing a coconut tree and have a breakfast with the beautiful esi(pawpaw)
Thank you so much, and we highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a house rent during your stay in Samoa
Very grateful for the owners for being understanding and assisting as much as possible with an unexpected emergency on the first night of our stay, they made sure my kids were comfortable until we checked out, earlier than expected. A cosy homestead setting surrounded by lovely real Samoa ‘feel’ beach fales. Breakfast was great. The pool is cleaned daily and refreshing. Staff very hospitable.
Apia inn owner very friendly and i arrivrd almost 2am and she was there helping me checkin. Owner also took me around the island with reasonable cost. And took me to airport very early in the morning. Its a budget price and everything clean. You can move aorund in apia with taxi for 5 tala easy. there is a taxi stand 3 minutes walk from inn. A good option for a short stay in samoa.
Had a great stay at Olivia’s. June is very welcoming and accommodates a very inclusive atmosphere with all guests. It was easy to meet other travellers and organise tours etc. Room was really good for the price paid and had recently had a new air conditioner installed. Thanks for such an enjoyable time in Samoa.
I loved everything about this property. It was the best decision I've made to stay there and I highly recommend it to anybody who's planning to travel to Samoa. I will definitely stay again with Kuinis guesthouse. The services was absolutely amazing. It is convenient to everything. Thank you Kuini 😊.
This place is on the top of one of the highest peaks in Samoa, the view is unbelievable.
There are 2 waterfall located in the boundaries of the property.
The place is calm and peaceful.
It’s 20 min from Apia city by car.
The Kiwi lady is a lovely, very helpful person.

-Safe area and safe hotel spaces

The breakfast was great, however you guys used to do pancakes this would be awesome if you brought this back. The location of the hotel was perfect, my hubby and I love this hotel will keep coming back
Great experience from the location especially the view from the mountains side, fresh air, beautiful landscape with trees and birds surrounding the hotel. I recommend my friends and family to go there
・There is a bathtub and a shower with hot water
・The Samoan pancakes (about the size of a golf ball) from lynn's supermarket next door were delicious.
・The room is spacious and very satisfying!
Clean towels and linen and good water pressure and temperature in shower. Was only a 10 minutes walk to the downtown area with restaurants and other hotels available.
