The owner Bettina is very welcoming. The house is charming with a beautiful view from the terrace. The room is well appointed and very clean. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. We highly recommend this accommodation :-)

The view over the bay from the terrace. The living area is beautifully furnished in a traditional style, full of pictures and interesting ceramics. The breakfast was first class with a plate of sliced fruit to start followed by a choice of cereals, cooked breakfast, toast and tea or coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the hostess, Bettina, including early breakfasts and laundry. She is a fount of knowledge about places to go and things to do and had plenty of suggestions for us.

Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The location (on a hill) had a magnificent view of Plettenberg bay, which we could enjoy from a nice deck with comfortable chairs and loungebeds. The seperate room is very spacious and nice. See the sunset over the bay was simply amazing.... Breakfast was very good and plenty! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The location was superb, with fantastic views – especially for sun-downers on the terrace! Within easy reach of town (3 minutes by car) and also the beach. Also a short drive to all the great restaurants nearby. Bettina was a superb hostess, she couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Bettina’s house is a delightful treasure trove of unusual ornaments and knick-knacks from around the world, which gives each room a boutiquey, quirky, yet homely feel, especially the beautiful shared lounge/dining room area. The breakfasts were a smorgasbord of delights! Everything we could possibly have wanted was available, including at least 4 different varieties of fresh fruit each day, and a cooked breakfast, made to order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to say goodbye!

Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Bettina. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse aus, an einem Morgen habe ich den Sonnenaufgang beobachtet - ein tolles Erlebnis. Am meisten hervorheben möchte ich aber die Gastfreundschaft von Bettina. Sie ist eine wunderbare Person und empfängt einen mit offen Armen in ihrem Zuhause! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
