Comfortable couches, flat screen TV, DVD player and air conditioning. The sliding doors leading onto the balcony with the build in gas BBQ. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater 6, marble kitchen surfaces and all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The Penthouse consists of 3 spacious bedrooms from which the main bedroom (king size bed) has an en suite bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and double wash basin. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the ensuite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bath, hand shower in bath and washbasin. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and can use the 3rd bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. All furnishing details of the Penthouse are of the highest quality and luxury standard. Secure underground parking bay behind a remote controlled gate for 1 car. Towels and linen provided. WiFi internet, uncapped ADSL.
