There is an R600 admin fee and an R1000 refundable breakage deposit for this unit that is not included in the rate per night. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a bath, a toilet, and a wash basin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a 4-seater breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area contains a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. You need to bring with your own emergency lights or candles if load shedding is implemented, a standard Dstv decoder and card, and connection cables, if you want DSTV channels as there is only an Open View Decoder in the unit, towels, beach, bath and face towels, toiletries, and toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom are supplied. No parties, boom boxes, speakers, or radios will be allowed and no loud noise or music at all times, as this is not a party resort. The living area opens to a balcony. There is a communal swimming pool, a children’s jungle gym, a tennis court, and communal braai stands. Secure parking is provided on-site.
