owner run and on call 24/7 for guest requests, advise and info, creator of these 4**** graded, luxury, Get-Aways in the natural forests, can speak most languages, some by sign language...have been living in bliss for 30 years, so would really like to share this beauty with you guys, am able and willing to help most?, further , my staff and I deal with guests, have a wealth of Knowledge about the area and the Garden Route and what goes on in the town Knysna, do come and rejuvenate at FOREST VALLEY COTTAGES you'll be really pleased you did. Housekeeping is done daily with beds made dishes washed, and units sorted, at no extra cost , which all our guests enjoy, we will run a generator during prime time load-shedding, if there is any? Our guest is VERY IMPORTANT to us, thus we will try and solve any issues occurring, which may be overlooked or occurring due to our populatory, we hope to enjoy your company on a rejuvenating get-away...

Unique and creatively built, featuring casual luxury, in the natural Knysna forests, 8 mins from the Knysna lagoon, where ferry trips, boating, fishing is carried on throughout the year, weather is mild to suitably warm, cozy fires and electric blankets in winter! Tar Road takes you to a quantity gravel driveway, maintained in a good condition. Hike on the property, down to the KISSING SPOT, BIRDHIDE, chase each other around, leaving your names on the walls, with a provided pen? walk further 1.5hrs into the Forest, down to a perianal river, where the indigenous forest is amazing and back to your cottage. You will get a map and a history lesson, of what to do and where to go, from the receptionist on duty. There is an info board in the reception, with pamphlets you may take to peruse and plan…things to do! Stories to tell, of great Restaurants, Gin bars, Ferries, site seeing, Mountain biking, Hiking are well known things, at FOREST VALLEY COTTAGES.
