Relaxing home style cottage and rooms where you can feel free to ask anything and we will provide where we can. We have chairs under the trees and a braai(barbeque). Wi fi is available on request. come andd go as you please 24/7.
Love our guests from all over, or is it around the world? ..privacy for our guests is of utmost concern to us. Rooms are private and there are only 2 rooms in the house and also outside the Private Cottage under the Mulberry tree. We do chat for a few minutes with our guests, perhaps enjoy a glass of wine which we to our guests provide free of charge. We are wholesome people the two of us and if needed will make you a real Boere meal at a low rate (rice, potato's, pumpkin, greens and meat). We do at times make pancackes or in Winter Stew or Soup which our guests may try free of charge of cource or pancakes yummy. We also Barbeque (Braai), however you can do it youselves, why not, if you don't know how we will show you how.
We have a new Spar shopping Mall around the corner with Tops liquor store, chemist, cocktail bar, pizza parlor and take Away's. Bucket pub is around the corner with nice steaks @ R65. Beers 750ml @ R20. Also we have one of 2 game reserves in the middle of the city around 8km from the guest house. Olievenhuis art gallery and Anglo Boer war museum a must. Also a Pantzer and national museum. Try the CBD around 8 km from us like most CBD's in South Africa simply walk around with jewelry exposed or cellphone out and experience a genuine mugging! Resist for a stab wound or two. Covid here, thank God is almost non-existant.. we hear about it on the news..everyone here takes care and also wears a mask, and sanitiser we have everywhere for social care.
