The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Staff very friendly and welcoming. All the facilities one needs and wants. The room opening onto the tropical garden was like being in a forest.

Love the scenery, the landscape, and the very family-friendly atmosphere. It has a feel of Phuket, Thailand, with tropical vegetations and the roads up and down the hills. Recommend staying in the Salt Rock area at the Salt Rock Hotel: best food/drinks, service, and fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. I love Ballito Also enjoy all the Beachfront restaurants there. Food is great. There is a lovely take away vibe cofeeshop in Salt Rock, called "Salt". It has the best croissant. Love the seafood at Mozambique We also always go to Tazos - Seafood and Tapas... Yum Good spar at Ballito Beach. We liked the location of the facility. It was close to stores and right next to the beach. Everything at the facility was very good. One can exercise a lot just walking up and down the stairs. Walking along the beach was great. There were many restaurants nearby.Gopaul - 10Scored 10

Ballito junction mall is nice to take the family for a movie and a meal. Lifestyle centre has a lovely thrift shop called cast away love, many restaurants, just such a lovely vibe. Salt rock beach and the litchi farm is a must visit.AAnonymous

Peeling paint,Moulded smell, curtains not gliding and most windows and all blinds not working. It could have been a little cheaper considering how run down it really is. Bookings pictures are lovely but the place is not well looked after. Beds were comfortable with aircon throughout. No issues with loadshedding as they have an automated generator. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Zimbali is a lovely resort with a multitude of pools and restuarants troughout. Zimabli is located very close to the main shopping areas of Ballito.
