The area, the location, the beach. Margate is sooo relaxed, so calm! The beach there is so beautiful and leisurely. Everyone there is laid back. Decent and safe place to take kids and to just sit back and relax.

Margate is a small town, that operates on its own terms. The people are warm and welcoming. When we were there the weather was gloomy and raining, so we never go to truly experience beautiful sunny weather. Restaurants are okay the food is okay not great, however the service is terrible.

Everything you need is around it is a walking distance you don't need to drive shops,clubs, swimming pool,beach, restaurants ,ShopRite isn't far we liked everything outside the premise it's only the apartment that disappointed us otherwise we had so much fun

what i like most is that the accommodation was close to the shops/malls and most of all beach front. The caretaker was very friendly. The rooms were very clean, and the parking areas was secure. We had remotes for the front entrance and the rear gates. The place was very safe. Could walk around at night and felt safe.

The owners Andre and Bessie take the cup, they went all out to make sure we have a pleasant stay. She even offered us to use her kitchen instead of using a place catered for guests. The staff is as friendly and helpful as the owner. The breakfast was yummy😋😋😋..... its really a home away from home.
