Loved our room with a view. The bed and room were both comfy and the bathroom spacious. We had a corner lake view room so the views were spectacular. We loved the small town where everything was walkable. Lots of shopping. Excellent restaurants. We enjoyed walking to view the ruins and museum. The town is darling but touristy. It quiets down at night but during the daytime is busy, busy, busy.
It is interesting that the hotel is inside the castle moat so only accessible by golf cart. If you are driving be sure and pre-book your parking. Very important. Also, pre-book your pick up from the hotel by the parking service. They will delivery you and your luggage by golf cart both ways. Hotel will arrange this for you. I believe the cost was 16euro per day.
This was the 4th place we stayed during our Italy vacation. We loved it. It was great place to slow the pace and relax. We would definitely return for another visit. The lake views are stunning.

We booked a family suite. It was clean and comfortable, it had a balcony. The hotel has a nice pool. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. We arrived quite ahead of time, and however I only wanted to ask about the parking, we could check in right away, that gave us more flexibility with our plans.

Location is good. Big private parking. Hotel and Room look nice and its modern. Breakfast was awesome. Staff is outstanding. Big shoutout to the young man at the reception, he really made us feel welcome and very comfortable.
