Good place to stay. You'll need to take a taxi to the main train station. There are three taxi stands within a block of the hotel. Overall not the most accessible location. We made it work.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and were very helpful in answering my queries. The hotel location is quite near Umeda where you can walk to it in 15 minutes. Lots of food places near the area too.

The hotel located just 5 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station East Gate which is very easy to reach it. Staff are very helpful to make check-in process smooth. They also provide pre-check-in and post-check-out luggage storage for free. There are convenience store and several restaurants nearby, so it's easy for craving breakfast or midnight snack. The in house onsen is a great way to relax and wraps up your day after doing much walks, and it's free for hotel guests. They said also have coin laundry in the hotel premises but I didn't check or use it. The room was clean and full of amenities. Oh, the last but not least, it has a giant TV in the room.
