buffet breakfast was amazing i couldnt believe how many different food options there was , also check out time being 12 pm is perfect i really enjoyed my stay here. universe studio is right outside the hotels doors it was like less then a minute walk to the hotel after a full day at a theme park it was perfect. There is so much to do in the area lots of food and shops next to the hotel. I had a wonderful stay here i cant wait to come back.

The family room is a suite with 2 rooms which was a nice surprise. We were on the 25th floor and enjoyed the view. The hotel is part of a complex building so we’re a few stores and restaurants just outside. There’s also a really cool onsen and spa one building over (just don’t eat there…) Very close to train stations.

Fantastic hotel at the no1 location in Osaka, literally steps away from the Glico running man. We got upgraded to the King room and the room was huge, comfortable, amenities were fantastic (Dyson hairdryer, skincare products, great toiletries). We also had access to the club lounge which was great too but closed quite early (10pm). Fantastic stay
