First, Christine was amazing and helped us with all of our issues and questions, so thank you to her. Both rooms do overlook the horse racetrack which is nice and they both had balconies if you can get over the Rotorua smell (not hotels fault). I checked all beds for bed bugs and the linens did feel and smell clean, so that was another plus. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful unit that was clean and very comfortable. We were within a short walking distance to a street that had all kinds of restaurants. This was a bonus for sure.
