The staff well Management were very rude, lied to us and blamed us for a extra sheet and pillow this issue could've been resolved in a more professional way but, putting individuals with tempers and authority gives a person the power to not be wrong in a situation that was something that was so irrelevant to the situation at hand.

Staff were efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle was welcome although a bit hit and miss from airport to hotel.
