Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Location, service, staff, facilities... the jacuzzi outside was super cool. all was top ! Well done guys

Seven Springs Hotel har en restaurang, 2 uppvärmda utomhuspooler med mineralvatten året runt, en trädgård och en terrass i Banya. Hotellet har familjerum. Rummen har garderob, platt-TV och eget... Everything was absolutely perfect and even more ! The kindness of the staff and their reactivity to our requests (extra sheets and blankets, extra shampoo, question for the heating system, etc...), the tranquility of the spa, the view on the mountain, the delicious food at the restaurant. The rooms were perfectly clean and very well decorated, also very spacious, and the premises were very well maintained and taken care of. Probably the best value for money we ever found !! We highly recommend and we will come back for sure !

Very friendly staff and such a cosy room. It was very warm and the location was perfect as we could walk everywhere! Totally recommend.

Even if you are not staying, I would love you to go and meet Veronica. She is a very helpful and thoughtful person in everything. We will definitely come again next year with more people.
