It's uphill so having a car is useful and there is a parking spot available in an underground garage. The apartment is airy and sunny with a large balcony, comfortable bed rooms and plenty of space to lounge if you want. Kitchen is well-stocked. The check-in was easy and everyone is friendly and accessible in case of questions. It's perfect for a group of friends.”

  Staff was friendly when checking in & lady at front desk was sympathetic to our complaints when checking out & said we would be contacted by manager on Mon. May 6th regarding our complaints .

  Great location and good price for a last minute weekend away. Nice towels. Appreciated that it was dog friendly.

  The downstairs carpet was dirty and crunchy under foot, some of the pillows were better than others. The steps to the front door were very steep - hard to navigate when it's pouring rain and trying to unpack or pack up the car

  The bed was so comfortable. It was clean and fresh on the inside.

  The outside was a little run down but I think they are doing room improvements 1st. There was no staff, which I wish someone was at the property because there were 2 young kids run up and down the deck on the second floor until after 10pm. I don't mind kids playing but they were very loud and their parents didn't care. I wish they had on site laundry and maybe some food.

  Loud neighbors. No curfew on loud music or parties in room. Staff let guest do as they please with loud music past 12am and amount of visitors. Cleanliness is okay but not great.

  When I arrived to check in it was about 1am and the front desk guy was super rude to me. He told me they were going to cancel my rooms because it’ll he thought it was a duplicate and I asked for the rooms to be close to each other and wasn’t. We weren’t even on the same floor. The front desk guy was Very sarcastic and just plain rude. When walking down the hallway it smelled like cigarette smoke and weed that night. The next morning same thing. My children has asthma and I booked 2 rooms non smoking. The environment just wasn’t friendly nor comforting.
