We originally booked a room with a view of the pool but did not get this. However part way through Abdulla at reception (who was excellent) gave us a free upgrade to a better room.
Hotel was mostly very good and in line with the 5 star rating, although the treatments at the Spa were quite expensive.
Lots of restaurants around the area, and I would recommend hiring a car for the day to see the rest of the island.

The beautiful beach of Beau Vallon is truly exceptional.
The beautiful beach of Beau Vallon is truly exceptional. I have been to some of the restaurants/bar and grills in the region, like Boat House, Beach Shak and Baobab. The food was good. The weather was sunny and very hot everyday during my stay. Also, since I was in a self catering apartment there, I had to buy some supplies and I have been to grocery stores like Vimal and Au Bon Valer.

My wife and I were in the Seychelles for the first time.
My wife and I were in the Seychelles for the first time.
We are staying at Panorama Guesthouse & Apartments.
And we were not wrong.
1. The apartments are located in a very convenient area. Beau Vallon.
2. All necessary services (shops, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, car rental) are within a 2-minute walk!
3. It is very important that the beach is right in front of the gate. From the door of the apartment to the beach - 1 minute!
4. Special thanks to the owner of the apartments. Vesna met us with cordiality and understanding. Showed all the amenities and was in touch all the time.
5. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. The apartments have all the conditions, like at home. Separate bedroom, living room, kitchen area and everything you need for cooking.
6. Cleaning every day, silence and order.
7. Own guarded parking lot, you can safely park at any time.
We had a great time, rested in pleasure, did not even think about any problems in the apartment.
The only thing Internet lovers need to ask is to improve the Wi-Fi signal. I think Vesna can solve this issue. Although it didn't really matter to us. In the Seychelles and without the Internet, everything is fine.
We decided that in a year we would return only to this house and to these owners!

Very nice beach - clean water and white sand - with the hotel located at one end of it. A few restaurants along the beach for lunch or dinner - generally, with fantastic fresh grilled fish.
Chose this place for a romantic holiday or if you either just want to do nothing, laying on the beach or like snorkling. This is not the place if you want an active holiday with lots of activity options.
Food: most options for people that like fish and sea food. If you are more into meat, the options are very limited. For vegetarians and vegans I did not notice any options.
The beach and surrounding areas seem safe around the clock.
It is expensive to use taxi on the Island, and if you want to visit other places, a much cheaper solution is to rent a small car. And you can rent it for 1-2 days only, if you want to see the Island. Worth it!
If you like wine and spirits, then be aware that it is quite expensive in restaurants and hotels and even in shops. Consider to bring a few bottles yourself.

Baobab pizza was our favourite place to eat dinner in the evenings, right on the beach and great value for money. Beau Vallon is extremely beautiful, truly a white sand and turquoise water paradise! Mahak is also a great indian restaurant.
Fantastic property, less than 1 minute from a great part of Beau Vallon Beach. With parking spots and an immense garden where kids are safe while having fun.
Staff is greatly helpful (even offered is a baby stroller cause ours was broken by the airport crew-life saver)!
Breakfast was brought every morning at our table, right outside our room. Fresh fruits, eggs with bacon, toast bread with butter and jam, juice, tea and coffee, was keeping us full sometimes even until dinner time!
We really loved this place!
Unparalleled beachfront location. All amenities close by including supermarket, money changer and dining options. Local fishermen next door who will cook the catch of the day for a reasonable price. Pizza place on the opposite side also recommended. Well equipped villa and position affords exceptional views at all times of the day. Simply the best value place to stay on the beach at Beau Vallon. Friendly and helpful manager. Book it now if it’s available.
Position on Beau Vallon's beach, access to other F&B and shopping locations and a short trip to Victoria. The rooms are of good size and very functional. Breakfast was very good and we were well looked after by Rose-Mary. The swimming pool is large and nestled within the hotels beautiful garden. The sun lounges and umbrella's were well distributed and maintained. The resorts COVID-19 management was excellent. We always felt comfortable and safe.
We stayed in Palmier villa. It is huge. 2 storey apartment with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Bedroom on the 2nd floor. Dining is at the terrace with a lovely view of the mountains and Beau Vallon Beach. Relaxing environment. The owner was kind enough to offer us a late check out as our flight departs at midnight. She gave us papaya and avocado freshly picked from the property. I def recommend this place
The best part is the very large balcony where you can have a nice dinner and enjoy the views. Very big rooms with private bathroom, that is great for two couples or big families.
Beau Vallon is also very good since it has a great beach, many restaurants and shops in walking distance.
Communication with the host was very good, the check-in and check-out was also smooth.
Spacious room with ocean view, we even saw dolphins further out in the sea from our terrace. It was quiet and very comfortable to relax. Restaurants and other hotels are close in the Beau Vallon area, which also offers tourist attractions like jetski and boat tours. The hiking trail to Anse Major can also be reached on foot and is super nice !
Very nice place close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean and nice. Special thanks to Erica, she helped us a lot with organizing taxi and providing information about places, restaurants and safety. The Gentleman ( Sorry forgot his name) also very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place in Beau Vallon.
The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. It has access to the best beach, Beau Vallon and the room has a great view of the ocean, you can hear the waves at night. the location is great as you can access a lot of food trucks around and bars. A lot of great tour guides available around the property.
The owner is very accommodating, she even offered us a hotel drop off with a lesser price compared to taxi rate. Additionally the location is close to everything, like the grocery is down the street. Restauarant, pharmacy and most importantly to the beach. Perfect location.
The Vila is on a mountain with amazing views over the jungle and Beau Vallon. Jay is an amazing friendly host and she allowed us to do an early check which was great considering that we were after a 14h flight. She booked a taxi for us to pick us up from the airport.
400m from Beau Vallon beach.
A really big appartment, we liked it very much !
Friendly owners who welcomed us with a juice.
We had a nice balcony to relax in the evening.
Everything you could need to cook is there.
The owners are people you can depend on !
The accommodation is conveniently located near Beau Vallon beach which provided us easy access to the beach and restaurants. The place also has a swimming pool and terraces that has an excellent view of the beach specially during sunsets.
It’s a beautiful villa that’s directly on the beach of Beau Vallon and has limited rooms and therefore you have the feeling the place is your own! Staff and Peter the manager are all lovely and made our stay comfortable
The apartment is run by a very friendly family that will take care of everything you need. It's clean, spacious, 5 minutes walk to the Beau Vallon Beach. Well worth the price. We wish to come back again one day. :)
Really nice apartment with a great location on Beau Vallon. Helpful staff and nice owner. You can even use beach beds for free and the have a nice place on the beach where you can eat your take aways. :)
The staffs are very nice, Mr Abdulfatah impresses me most with his kind and professional service. The location is very close to the Beau Vallon Beach, the view is great
