The location was perfect for access to the RieslingTrail. it was very cold outside and we had great heating inside, with two fire places, reverse cycle aircon and portable heaters in the bedrooms. All the beds were really comfortable, and the super large shower was excellent!

Thoroughly enjoyed hitting bikes and doing the Riesling Trial and had a wonder lunch at Slate restaurant and at O’Leary Walker winery.
Visiting Crabtree winery and having a bottle of Riesling with the group with a wonderful view was magic. The service at Crabtree was exceptional and I love my glass cloth!

Clare is less touristy than Barrossa and all wineries are very close to each other. Rent a bike and cycle down the Reisling Trail is a great way to explore the area and have wine-tasting along the trail.

Clare Valley is different Australia - countryside, but a lot of houses and villages with relatively short distences, in many ways like Central Europe. Most of the Australia is open fields or forest for long distances.
Main attraction is of course the wineries. Bungaree Station (a historical sheep farm) is worth of visiting just 10-15km north from Clare. Martindal Hall is amazing - a grandious manor house build in English rich gentry style by a sheep farmer (he imprted architect and 50 builders from London to built it in 2 years in 1880s). Old no more used railway track has been converted as bicycle (or walking) track - over 30 km and covers full lenght of the Clare Valley.

A comfortable, cosy cottage, very comfortable beds, loved the bath especially after a day of hiking, great to have a washing machine available, lovely to be out in the country in a very quiet and scenic location. This is a great location as a base for walking the Clare Valley Wine & Wilderness Trail. The host, Will was accommodating and communicated well. Would definitely recommend the cottage to others.

High level of ingredients provided for breakfast indicative of the owner’s wish to ensure your stay is as relaxing and pleasant as possible.
The breakfast was excellent. A full variety of food was provided to us, and complimentary wine provided.
Monica was a perfect host. Very friendly and attentive. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable.
We have no hesitation in recommending Clarevale to anyone who is considering a stay.
A great outdoor feel but with all the amenities you need to stay and relax or to go off exploring the Clare Valley. Chook was an amazing host and even gave us a ride to town so we could both have a wine. An absolute experience to do and highly recommend to any couple who need a weekend away
Molly Chase offers two log cabins, set in a treed valley close to Sevenhill and Clare. The cabin had everything we needed, privacy, generous continental breakfast provisions, peaceful and pretty. We loved our stay.
24/7 Check In meant we didn't have to interact with anyone during our stay. We were comfortable and walking distance to the Main St in Clare meaning we could walk to dinner. Lovely to have a bath and nice big room.
Rural location with stunning views from the lookout, warm and cosy with combustion fire heating, comfortable mattress and nice warm shower, excellent breakfast provisions, close location to Clare and its wineries
My Standard cabin was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the Park was perfect for where I wanted to go in and around Clare.
