Very dates. Shower head fell off and hit my daughter in the head during her shower leaving her with a big lump and bruise. Told reception and she didn’t seem to care.

Travelling to Queensland, but rainy weather caused us to stop overnight, booked on line and was not expecting much, but our room was very clean and the shared ensuite also spotless & bed comfortable, room quite small but we did take the cheapest option and were satisfied with our space.
The bonus was the kitchenette, we were able to take advantage of the fridge & the hot chocolate or tea & coffee in a generous area to eat our breakfast.
We will pop in again when passing.

It was clean. Absolutely shit room, with nothing but a bed, a chair, & a tiny hand basin in the room. Absolutely shit value for money & extremely overpriced.
I never want to use booking.com again.

It was a little sad around the hotel, a few people sleeping rough, we did not have anyone bother us, but a sight that saddens when you see people sleeping on the concrete late Autumn. it was chilly. There were delicious smells coming from the eateries around the hotel.

Didn’t have enough time to honestly reply. I only had one night and stayed in wonderful accommodation and ate in their great restaurant. Hosts were lively, rooms were clean and a sharp comparison to the Buderim Fiesta Motel I stayed in the night before which was a disgrace

The food and drinks that we ordered were served to our satisfaction.
But the room and utilities did not meet my expectations as they look old and rundown. I honestly believed that our booking was totally overpriced.
Thank goodness to the beautiful beaches surrounding Coffs Harbour, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The accommodation was absolutely filthy.
The accommodation was absolutely filthy. The room was smelly as soon as we opened the door. There was dust on the furniture which had been written on. ie. we were here!! The bed was filthy. There was no carpet on the floor. The balcony had wood rot and could be very dangerous. From car to steps leading to room was very dangerous and had not been cleaned up for use by people staying in the motel. I will never stay in Coffs Harbour again. It was $267 per night as there was a Football Carnival on and we had no idea this would fill all the motels in Coffs Harbour. One hotel was charging $500 per night and it was right on the highway. Never, ever stop at the Big Banana Accommodation. Unfortunately my husband is 81 and we felt we could not drive to the next town. Next time it will be worth sleeping on the side of the road in our car. That's how bad the accommodation was.

Only visited due to sporting activity.
Old, expensive, boring.
Would never return unless I had to.
Found a nice restaurant down on Coffs Harbour Jetty for dinner, that seemed classier enough to accomodate our needs.
I've been traveling 5* for about 20 years with my work. I seldom stay at anything less than a Hilton-style hotel. This stay opened my eyes to the amount of money I waste on properties like that. I slept better at about a third of the price, and the service was better than most luxury hotels.
The lady (I assume the owner) was so cheerful and accommodating. The room was a great size, had good water pressure, a comfortable bed, and was close to food options.
Car parking for guests was allowed to be accessible by non staying visitors. Bed has overhead lighting that is too low to be able to sit up in bed to watch television due to room being very small and no room for chairs. Hotel noise was very loud and I had to visit other guests at 2.30am to ask them to quiet down. Due to Coffs Harbour being nearly fully booked the hotel more than doubled its pricing for the night
A great comfy resort style hotel with beautiful gardens and unbeatable location right on the beach. I use it as my preferred stop over on my drive from Sydney to Brisbane. Staff are friendly enough and everything is good enough for a quick stop over. It is always incredibly clean and extremely quiet. Would be a great place to stay for relaxing week or so on a family holiday.
Beds were a little firm but not too bad, the hotel is very clean, rooms nicely presented, the restaurant served excellent food but serving hours could be extended. Only serves from 6pm to 7;45pm the biscuits were delicious, and fresh milk was provided. Rooms are large and a comfortable couch was provided. They offer pet friendly rooms which is a bonus.
We have stayed at Caribbean four times now and are happy to return. It is a perfect distance from our home to spend a night before resuming our journey north and then again south. Walking distance to a hotel and many restaurants make the stay enjoyable. The staff are extremely friendly, beds are comfy and rooms are very clean.
Very friendly helpful staff. Convenient location, with all the facilities you might need for a short stay in Coffs. Far enough off the main road to avoid traffic noise unlike many of the other motels along the main road. Happy to recommend this place as great value for money.
5 STARS Would stay again.
Great motel. The staff are friendly. Rooms are spotless. There is also plenty of room for parking. No restrictions for higher longer 4x4s. We have had this issue with other motels.
We also received a free upgrade to a King room. Aweaome
The location (5 minute drive to heart of Coffs Harbour), walking distance to the beach via the allocated paths, short 9 hole golf course that winded through the resort area and the facilities of the resort including great pool area for the kids.
When we arrived at the motel in Coffs Harbour the manager gain us a room upgrade at no extra cost — checkin was seamless and the room was well above standard —very happy for that highway break and sleep !
Country 2 coast was great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We travelled from Melbourne to Coffs harbour and it was the most spacious, with a very well equipped kitchenette and it was also the cheapest.
It was part of a bigger resort i.e. there were multiple properties and a golf course around. The location was excellent. There was a pool that kids enjoyed a lot. Its best value of the money.
Everything in the hotel was so lovely, excellent location. Really close to the beach and excellent playground for the kids. Owner was also very kind to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom for free.
The outdoor environment of the resort is amazing, the garden, ponds, golf grounds, tennis court are very good. However, the hotel room and buliding are disappointed.
