It makes the job. For this price, don't expect something amazing. If you just look for a bed and a warm shower, then it's fine! The staff is kind. I also could park my bicycle in a safe place and protected from the rain.

Fly directly to Nagasaki Airport from Tokyo (1hr 55mins) or Osaka (1hr 20mins). From Tokyo, take the bullet train to Fukuoka (5hrs), then a bus to Nagasaki (2hrs). Alternatively, take a ferry from Shanghai, China (approx. 48hrs).
The most convenient airport for both domestic and international travellers is Nagasaki Airport, located approximately 18 kilometres from Nagasaki city centre. It offers direct flights and efficient transport links to the city.
Nagasaki, Japan offers efficient public transport options. The city's tram system, with four lines, is the most popular, costing ¥130 per ride. Buses also operate extensively. For intercity travel, consider the JR Kyushu trains. Alternatively, cycling is common, with bike rentals available. Driving is less recommended due to traffic and parking constraints.
Nagasaki's best areas for visitors include Nagasaki Station area for convenience and connectivity, Dejima for historical insights, and Inasayama for stunning city views. Each offers unique attractions and amenities, ensuring a memorable stay.

I spent only 2 nights in Nagasaki and wish I'd had more time. It is a big city with much to see and do. Our ferry to the coal island was cancelled do to windy weather and we were called and refunded which was nice. We spend a lot of time at the museum and found it very interesting. We went to the port, where we saw the Queen Elizabeth boarding and had lunch at a nice Chinese restaurant very close on the 5th floor - very popular! There is a street for shopping for souvenirs very close too!
Nagasaki has much more than I saw and wish I can go again!

Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm.
Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm. I love the scenic view of Nagasaki port. People here are very warm and friendly, and it's a city full of nostalgic vibe. Besides that, Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum has very modern and minimalistic architecture style. I like Champon a lot and have it almost everyday during my stay in Nagasaki.

A beautiful city which has unique history of being exposed to other countries, i.e. China, Netherlands, Portugal / Spain, England while the rest of the country was closed. It is also an important witness and victim of the A-bomb.
Don't forget to enjoy the view from Inasa yama.
Also, it offers various food options - shippoku-ryori can be eaten approximately 4000 per person if it is lunch.
We did not get to go to islands and Shimabara etc this time as well as House tembos....
It is a little hard to access by shinkansen now, but it was worth a visit.

The Night View is one of the best I've ever seen (second only to Hong Kong). We went up on the Rope Way, then discovered there was a Slope Car ascent as well--great for a return trip. The Dejima Wharf was a fantastic place to walk. The food in the restaurants around the city was wonderful. The trolley was fun, too.

A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover...
A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover all the major attractions in Nagasaki. Booked a hotel that provides onsen as it will be useful after much walking from one attraction to another. Buy the one-day tram pass and plan the number of attractions you can cover within the day or night... Then, have a good dinner at the Nagasaki Dejima Wharf... very good sashimi and must try the Uni Donburi!
Fantastic location in the center of everything, with entrance on a quiet pedestrian street. We loved exploring the hills and neighborhoods of Nagasaki, as well as friendly restaurants, bars, and cafes. King Room was new, spacious and loved large built in window seat/couch and streaming on large TV. Easy check in. We didn’t use Sky Spa or take breakfast so can’t comment on those. Good WiFi. We had nice view on 11th floor, but lower floor rooms could be a bit less pleasing.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff and owner on hand, cheap laundry(dry on roof for free)amazing location near frrries and harbor, great supermarket in basement of You Me( across from ferry terminal, tram cars to peace park and other important locations is just a 5 minute walk, beds feel private with curtains, comfy beds. I wanted to extend my time in Nagasaki ( it’s that beautiful and cool city) highly walkable city center
We stayed two nights. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we spent a very uncomfortable first night in an older room with a broken ventilation system. The second night we were moved larger remodeled room that was very comfortable.
The location for us was perfect being across the street from the cruise ship port with plenty of shops to explore.
The services from the staffs are impeccable, and the food for the breakfast buffet is delicious. Spending time in public spa is enjoyable and feel relaxed from the busy work. If you wish to travel Nagasaki and lived in this hotel, please be reminded to check the schedule for the buses because the hotel is not located in the town centre of Nagasaki
The location is iba nice quiet neighborhood so it’s quiet at night and morning no buses or trains visible. Having said that it’s 100 meters from the tram which takes your to peace park and other major sites. It is walking distance to the Glover Garden, the Seaside Park and the Nagasaki Prefecture museum as well as the Shilon China Town.
Great location, Chinatown on the right and shopping street on the left. 10 min walk to Meganebashi Bridge, 5 min walk to the famous Chawanmushi restaurant. Hotel lobby at 11th floor, have a very amazing view of Nagasaki. Room are clean and comfortable. They also have Spa and Sauna, really enjoyed the outdoor Spa.
The hotel was about 5-mins walk from JR Nagasaki Station. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bed which could ease all you stress. Enjoy the rooftop onsen and midnight ramen with peaceful night-view of Nagasaki. Definitely a good choice for visitors.
Conveniently placed. 7 mins by cab from Nagasaki Station and it's in a large shopping arcade so it's well placed for picking up a coffee, pastries etc. The rooms are atypical of a Japan hotel (in my tourist experience) so compact is the word.
Room size is good and comes with TV. WiFi is stable. Washroom & changing area are spacious. Comes with lotion & makeup remover. Price is charged only when you arrived the hotel. Hope I have it in my city for long term stay.
The hotel is located in an excellent position within the city centre.
It is next to a tram stop on the No.1 route so getting around was excellent.
Chinatown was only a short walk away as well.
The hotel has amazing views of Nagasaki port and is near the rail and bus stations. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is nicely finished and welcoming.
Great location, easy tram ride from Nagasaki Station, or bus drive from the airport. The neighborhood is great too. Breakfast is basic but does the job.
Easy to go favorite destinations, near streetcar station (opposite the hotel) , close to Nagasaki station, nagasaki habour, Chinatown, Dejima complex...
