Great location. Lovely little touches of breakfast items and toiletries. The building is an ex-construction site office but it has been well and tastefully converted and was warm and comfortable. Good shower. I had a total sat nav fail from the pin given by booking.com which made me laugh afterwards because the instructions matched but I was so glad that was not Firbog Nook. I got the pin and followed the directions from booking.com. Drive off main road near airport and go down a lane to double gates at house and drive around the back to a cabin. All fine I drove off the road by airport down a lane and found a partially derelict farmhouse courtyard with lots of Bats flying around. I found the double gates walked around the back and there was derelict site cabin and a shipping container with broken windows. In the dark with a torch I looked in horror at the site office hut and thought really this can't be right. The pin said I was in the right place. Don't trust a google pin. I found the email from the host and put in the postcode. Sat nav then gave me another location 5 minutes away. I have never been so relieved to drive up another lane, find some double gates and locate the beautifully decorated Firbog Nook also in a site office cabin but rather different. So beware the booking.com pin and thank you to the lovely host.

Ill not lie this was just a one night stopover for me but I do know the area has an immense cultural heritage spanning 1000s of years. My advice to all is the same for any location get out and explore eat were the locals eat soak up the atmosphere. Everyone I came across was friendly and helpful. Its easy and fast to get to so there are really no excuses not to visit.

The town itself has a fair bit to offer, which is mostly shopping and food outlets. However if that isn't your thing, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. If you get the chance to explore County Antrim, you should take it. With lots of peaceful countryside as well as beautiful beaches and historical and cultural landmarks, it is well worth a visit.
A delightful, friendly, cosy house. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast excellent. We arrived late at night and it was lovely, warm and restful. Primrose is an excellent host, very accommodating and we enjoyed a relaxed morning with her and were delighted to be allowed to meet her wonderful family of horses and dogs. We hope to find ourselves in the area again soon so that we have an excuse to stay there again. Such a lovely change from characterless hotels
what a wonderful place to stay. the house is a delight in every way and the owner Primrose was so thoughtful and caring. the manor house was so beautiful and tastefully decorated. the breakfast was delicious and filling. we highly recommend staying and hopefully we can return some day. it is close to the airport but you don’t hear the airport noise. Highly recommended by a couple traveling throughout Ireland who have stayed in many hotels and b&b.
We planned the trip last minute from Dublin to Antrim and this was a suitable spot for us.
This BnB is amazing for families who dont mind a sharing setting. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. Alan and Charlotte made us feel home, breakfast options were good too. Their dog Barnie/Barney is very adorable too, my kids love the stay.
Alan also let me charge my EV for no additional cost, it is very kind of him.
Nice simple layout, well placed for Antrim Town (20 min walk) couple of bars and supermarkets all in walking distance. Staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem. Rooms (twin) were a decent size and clean and tidy. Breakfast was spot on, piping hot and you could go back for seconds. poached or fried egg if you ask for it no problem. plenty of space to eat in its big dinning area.
The Blue Cottage was simply just very nice and comfy. Our host, Kathleen, was so nice to us and opened her whole house to us. Our room was very pretty and comfortable. The bathroom was shared but very nice. Our bed was super comfortable. The living room and dining area was very comfortable and we were allowed to use the kitchen at any time of day.
I really enjoyed my time and stay at Stable Courts. It was exactly what I was looking for and met all of my expectations. The area is quite with little to none interactions with other guests. It made me feel at home and very comfortable. I would definitely book accommodations for future visits to Northern Ireland.
The Hotel was just superb, interesting history to the property, beautiful gardens and grounds, excellent decoration and facilities. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Food in the restaurant was just absolutely delicious. Good location for exploring.
The location was great in the country but only 30 minutes from Belfast. There was a nice breakfast set up but we didn't have time to sit and eat. It felt very comfortable, everyone was very nice, like staying in a friend's home. Beautiful county views.
The friendly reception staff, who helped me locate a local dog friendly park.
The location was good just off the M2 and easy access.
The staff in the bar/restaurant.
Parking was easy and plenty of it.
reception area is well appointed.
A really nice hotel ,staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean and the bed was cosy ,the food in the restaurant was 1st class service very quick and a great choice of breakfast, look forward to another stay soon
Fabulous location for flights from Belfast or trips to Antrim. Beautiful country air. Wonderful hosts made all the difference. Very peaceful. Very spacious. Thoroughly recommend. Great breakfast too ☺️
Lovely house, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, nice quiet neighbourhood close to the edge of Antrim and the Belfast road. Everything needed for a very pleasant stay.
Location was good for our purposes - just outside Antrim. The cottage that we were upgraded to was a decent upgrade over the room that we allegedly booked.
