Tallinn is very beautiful full of character.
Tallinn is very beautiful full of character. My top tips are the old town, Telliskivi area and the museums all round Tallinn. The negative sides that you might come acress in Tallinn are, not all Bolt drivers speak English, partygoers especially during weekends = lots of drunk people and last but not least the locals might often appear a bit rude. For example a cleaning lady might mop your feet, if you're not moving and are on her way or a waiter might be so cheeky that it makes one feel uncofortable and want to leave the place as soon as finished with the meal.

Wonderful inexpensive opera at the opera house. 40 euros for front row seats! The old town offers lots of places to explore. However, the cobblestoned streets require some extra attention when walking. Many restaurants including a number of delicious Georgian restaurants scattered throughout the town. The time to avoid Tallin itself is when a cruise ship arrives for the day. The town changes dramatically.

A very nice city where at each corner there is a beautiful picture to take. there are a lot of different places to visit and discover. I would recommend to have some cash as there are people signing and selling art at the street.
Hotel Regent Tallinn was lovely. The staff could not do enough for you and helped make the wonderful stay even better. The pool was a smallish spa pool that soothed away the aches and pains of walking around the cobbled streets in the old town . The Italian restaurant was brilliant and the Lasagne was the best my partner has ever tasted. The hotel was located within 5 minutes of the main square and in a quiet road. If ever we return to Tallinn which feels like a fairytale city we will definitely return to the Hotel Regent
A recently renovated hotel right in the old town wall. Nice staff, easy checkin. Super buffet breakfast. Wifi ok, all clean. Although in old town, very quiet. Parking is not included but they direct you to reasonably priced public parking nearby, all within 15 min walk.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. We were upgraded to double room from small double room which we really appreciated as the price we paid for a small one was even cheaper than for a standard room so we got a great view and pretty spacious room instead than one we booked. Although check-in is automated, the staff at the box office is really nice. Pretty cheap parking in the underground parking lot was nice. Short walking distance to the uptown and old town.
When I'm traveling, I really appreciate staying in a modern hotel, preferably with breakfast included, so that I'm ready for a long day out exploring. Hestia Hotel Kentmanni is one of the better hotels I have stayed in, both in terms of the standard, staff, breakfast, and location. A good breakfast, with several different options, and a small but nice spa and fitness room. I definitely can recommend this hotel to those who are traveling to Tallinn.
Professional, efficient reception staff. Friendly and accommodating breakfast staff. The restaurant is very good quality and great waitstaff. We stayed twice, in a double deluxe for two nights and later a jr suite for two more nights, each on the street side with a city view. The rooms were very well appointed and spacious, and the street sounds were minimal, exactly what you would expect from a hotel in very good area of a city.
Excellent location, the best location in Tallinn, in my opinion. Super comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Nice shower, spacious bathroom. The hotel is very beautiful, really nice design. The self check in is quick and easy. The staff is super kind and effective if you have questions or need help. The luggage room is so helpful, made our trip way more practical. Being a pet friendly hotel was decisive for our choice.
I stayed here the second time. It has the best location in old town Tallinn. Pubs, clubs, cafes, restaurants are nearby and a food store just around two corners. Viru shopping center is a short walking distance away. Easily accessable, taxi can reach the front of the hotel. 24 hour access with door code. Beautiful vintage interior in rooms, warm and clean. Dining in common area. Friendly staff.
We stayed for one night before the early morning flight. The hotel was very suitable for our purposes, contactless check-in was possible anytime, several minutes taxi drive to the airport and around 10-15 min to the downtown. The area is safe and quiet, the room was clean. There are vending machines in the lounge downstairs where you can purchase water and some basic snacks, as well as coffee.
The hotel was ideally located; just 5 minutes from the ferry port, a 10 minute walk from the centre and only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Our room was large and spacious, with a great view of the harbour and a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was tasty and the staff friendly and professional.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn, either on business or leisure.
-Lovely hotel, very clean, tidy, and overall visually pleasing.
-Staff was great, very helpful and friendly.
-The breakfast was lovely, even if you're vegetarian, which is not always a given, it had both continental and "English breakfast" options + some Estonian specialities which were delightful.
-Amazing Finnish style sauna and lovely spa facilities.
I've been to 14 countries in Europe and my accommodation in Tallinn, Estonia was exceptional. This has been my favorite and best solo accommodation. It's an overall package, the staff, the location, the services, facilities. It's actually cheaper but you get to receive money back too. Very worth the trip, very worth the money. Strongly recommended.
What an amazing place to stay in old town Tallinn. Steps off the main square, and across the street from Catherine's Alley and Master's Courtyard and 2 min walk down the main cobbled street to so many shops/restaurants. The hotel is so nice and comfortable and the facilities are top notch. You will not regret staying here.
The best apartment in Tallinn. very clean and spacious. Beautiful inside out.
we recomend you guys to stay with 8Era because they treat theirs like a hotel stay.
everything is beyond satisfied with the price.
Walking distance to main interest places and public transport n also the port!
Amazing stay, such a nice luxary hotel at the heart of Tallinn. Very elegant. Beautiful spacey rooms, spectacukar view from the window, comfortable temperature and beds. SPA was so nice and relaxing. We could highly recomnened if you wish to have just a perfect stay in Tallinn.
Great budget hotel. If you want a cheap place to stay, come here. Room was very clean and felt brand new. Comfortable bed. Hot/very clean shower. Less than 2 euros to get a bolt scooter to the old town. Reccomended for budget travelers like myself
The hotel is situated in Tallinn Historic Old Town, perfect location. It is an old hotel, true to its heritage, the interior is just perfect (if you appreciate the History), has the oldest lift in Estonia, I love the essence of that hotel.
For me personally and for my friends, this hotel is one of the best in Tallinn. Completely renovated, excellent service, wonderful SPA area, varied breakfast. The location is perfect. We always stop here
Enjoyed the spa facilities and the views from the spa area - very special. My son loved the breakfast choices. We lao mad good use of the gym. All in all a great hotel for Tallinn.
