The staff are very thoughtful.. I took my husband for a quick get away to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and my birthday.
We booked a Queen room with 2 beds and parkview because that was our only option at the time.
In the special request section I asked for a quiet room with a nice view as we are celebrating our anniversary and birthday. I also mentioned we will be checking in late.
We were very surprised when we arrived at the hotel.. They upgraded us to a King bedroom and that's not all. They left us a card wishing us happy anniversary on behalf of the waterfront hotel with 2 bottles of water and an assortment of snacks.
I was moved by the level of customer service.
In addition when we woke up in the Morning we had a clear and unobstructed view of the waterfront.
The room was clean as well.
I have since read comments of extra charge for broken windows etc. We always leave out hotel rooms cleans and in the manner we got it. We take videos of our hotel room before and after we leave when we are required to leave a deposit to protect both our interest.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I was about to pay for the parking through the meter and the staff advised me to pay through the hotel. It is much cheaper.
Thanks Waterfront Hotel for an exceptional stay!

We stayed here the night of our wedding and it was perfect! The staff was very helpful and attentive, and made sure to congratulate us many times! We didn't have the full experience of the spa, so this review speaks more to the hotel experience. We will definitely be back again!

Burlington has a great bus service, with a lots of shopping close by.
There is a train to Toronto. Downtown is nice. Also it is close to Hamilton, The Royal Botanical Gardens and restaurants by Lake Ontario.
I liked Burlington Waterfront and the art displays. Had lunch at Barangas On the Beach, there is inside and outside dining.
It was also close to Niagara on the Lake.

The cleaning of my room & the towels were hard & they had not informed me no cleaning staff on my stay even though I booked a month ahead. I loved the beds very comfortable, the front desk staff were amazing. Love the location & that there were so many fine dinning restaurants in Burlington & shopping was great. The waterfront & lights downtown & shops we loved. It was a great time of year to visit & would come again to Burlington other times of the year.

Only booked for one night and was pleased with the location, and the room had a great view, but was disappointed with laundry services. Maybe people do not use the way I do but coming off the road, feeling tired and dirty, it is lovely to get clean and get your clothes cleaned, especially if you are an out of town guest. There were a few out of towners as we all tended to park together, From Quebec, Michigan and myself from New Brunswick.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night! Beds and rooms very comfortable. Refrigerator in the room was helpful and worked well. The room temperature was also very comfortable and our view was lovely over the water. I didn’t realize that there was an extra parking/day fee charged— so be aware of that if you’re driving.

I love Burlington for its walkability and excellent restaurants. I enjoy the waterfront trail, which is accessible to the public. The city has an open and welcoming appeal now. I hope it doesn't come to a forest of highrise towers where only developers choose who has access to the waterfront,
I was very happy with everything. Laura at the front desk was so warm and friendly even though I'm sure she's heard the tourist-y excitement in my voice from 1000 travelers before me. The room was very clean and comfortable, the climate control worked well, and the view was absolutely spectacular. The hotel is lovely and right in the heart of all the culture, restaurants, and shops of downtown. I was also very pleased with the included breakfast the next morning.
Front desk and location are excellent. As always this hotel chain is always good. Great value This is now the only chain my crew and I use. We used to use Western and IHG. Not worth the money. Beds and good size tv. What else can you ask for after a hard days work. Keep it up guys. And the flavour water at front reception is always fresh and cold. Cheers.
The bath tub was immaculate clean! We had to leave early in the morning, so we could not try the breakfast. There was a Tim Horton's near the hotel that was easy to get to. Quiet area. Not too far away from the 407.Great restaurant next door.Staff helpful and friendly.
I'm usually not a fan of motels, but this one was great! Front desk was friendly and helpful, he gave us a travel map and lots of tips what to do. Room was very clean, updated and comfortable, I‘d say it’s better than some hotels. I highly recommended City View Inn.
As a mother I liked the fact that there’s a kitchen plus the location is close to my loved one. The management and team are amazing. They do their job well. It’s easy to get around. Peace and quiet are possible at Homewood suites Burlington.
The staff or extremely polite and when I asked for extra supplies for the next day there was no issues and was given to me immediately I enjoyed my stay and would recommend friends to stay at this hotel when in Burlington
I have been staying at Hotel 6 for a while now and the Burlington location is the only one I have got my best experience possible. I live near the
hotel 6 Mississauga and I will never visited that location again, 😉.
We came for an out of town dance competition. The beds were comfortable. The room was decent. It was nice to have the competition and the hotel room all in one place. Parking was easily accessible. Wifi was very good.
The rooms were stunning and beds extremely comfy — like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. Pool was beautiful and restaurant, delicious.
