I liked that staff had taken the time to turn on an interior light and turn up the heat as I was a very late arrival (1am). The room was spacious, updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows - the most imprtant factor for me as it is difficult for me to get a decent sleep away from home.

Breakfast was very good!
The hotel staff was very helpful! In response to our request, a young man from Maintenance came up to help us move our many suitcases out to our car in the morning. I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly and gave us excellent service!

It is a hostel after all. The staff was incredibly friendly, but the other guests were quite loud, even during the supposedly "quiet hours".
If you get a top bunk, there are no outlets to charge your devices.
The toilet were ok but the bathroom was horrible: hair around and in the sink and drain, faucet were disgusting and not cleaned.

The city of Kelowna is beautiful and has everything a traveller should need. Beaches, many Restaurants and hotels down town with a great variety within walking distance, many shops etc. But prices are very expensive there for everything. A vehicle is a must to get to most attractions because it is spread out. Many vehicle rental companies at the Airport, and some bike rentals down town. I did notice some boat excursions trips offered but I didn't use. Taxi is available but I didn't need any because I had a rental vehicle

I personally live in Kelowna but my home was sold to developers and have been basically homeless for 4 months so that’s why I’ve been staying at hotels.
Kelowna is a nice place , just living here is tough . Years ago they called Kelowna “Canada’s Hawaii” because of our beautiful weather. Getting around Kelowna is easy I would say . Traffic is crazy in the summer with only one bridge in and out of town towards Penticton or Van .

Just an overnight stay on the way home.
Just an overnight stay on the way home. Airport a mess with expansion construction. Long walk to shuttle, need to improve this, I have a disability and made it very difficult. Also no airport restaurants open late, nowhere to eat if you arrive on a late flight.

Kelowna is absolutely beautiful and inviting it has all the right qualities and attractions to make anyone feel comfortable and welcome in our community. The views that surround you are breathtaking and there’s a beach or creek within a half mile to mile radius of you almost anywhere in the city. Walking paths and hiking trails are also of abundance here and there is no shortage of places to explore. Kelowna is a beautiful city and definitely worth putting in your vacation budget. Make it a big budget too a sit is a luxury that you pay for as prices are on the higher end of the markets

I lived in the area for many years and other than during wildfire season, the entire region is spectacular. There is so much to do, all year round! There are 5 or 6 top notch ski resorts, more wineries, golf courses and camp grounds than you can count, and the lakes have amazing beaches - especially Kal Lake which has a tropical feel mid-summer.
The hotel has had some renovations and is very quaint. The attitude of the staff was exceptional. They showed great concern for my comfort and were always willing to help The attached restaurant was also staffed with very pleasant and friendly staff. The balconies are small but had two Adirondack chairs and I was able to watch the Snowbird air show from there. It is right across the street from the waterfront park and a short walk to the pedestrian mall on Bernard St. I didn’t get to try the pool and hot tub but the facilities looked nice
This was a very charming b&b, with a lovely pool in the back and an excellent view from the back patio. Rooms were clean and cozy. Claire & Kelly Sulcoy, the owners, were gracious hosts. Their delicious afternoon tea and breakfast feast as well as the small bottle of sherry in the rooms were all thoughtful touches that helped enhance our stay. The b&b is located ~7-10 min drive to downtown Kelowna, in a quiet residential neighborhood. I would highly recommend this b&b.
I went to Kelowna with my friend and had to find a hotel last minute for what I paid I wasn't expecting much however i was quite happily surprised. In all my travels I have to say checking in here went smoother than anywhere else i have stayed in the past no issues no fuss. The room was also extremely clean and felt like a small studio apartment everything was in such neat and tidy order. The staff was super friendly and also extremely helpful.
Love the place in the campus. It's perfect for all the travellers. I mean, though it's not in the heart of the city but it's near the Airport. Near from some tourist spots of the city such as Jammery restaurant and other fruit vendors. It's 18 kms. Away from Summer Hill Pyramid (Kelowna's one of the best winery) 13 kms. From the city park beach in Bernard St.
Will definitely comeback. Friendly and helpful staffs
Location is excellent, with secure parking, which is important. Right in the heart of downtown Kelowna, cannot beat this location. It's close to park, water, great restaurants and shopping. The receptionists were very friendly. The breakfast was above par. The hotel is beautiful and the balconies are amazing (but they are common, so don't leave your curtains open!)
We stayed here for 5days and the price was worth it. The hotel is only a walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and is also just 20minutes to downtown Kelowna. The room that we stayed at was super clean, staff was very accommodating and had helped us in everything that we needed. Breakfast was also delicious!
Best hotel I’ve have stayed … room was perfect … paths all over with mountains all around …couldn’t have a better location and view… pool and hot tubs on the roof were amazing … they had bikes for guests to use (saved tons of money in rentals) and it was attached to the casino!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE
Great hotel. Great decor. Great amenities and always clean. Just wish it wouldn’t be 300$ for a room that cost max 150$. But oh well is it Kelowna after all and the price are always so much more than was it really is! Overall good though!
The atmosphere feels like we have stepped back in time. The decor is fabulous, and the bed is comfortable. A gorgeous, wide balcony looking out at the lake is a great place to relax. It's absolutely our favourite hotel in Kelowna.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was well enjoyed by our whole group, but especially my daughter. The hotel just has a very quiet/pleasant feeling about it. We almost always stay here when visiting kelowna.
The room was very clean and the views to the mountains from the residence are breathtaking. My room on the 6th floor was very quiet. Hotels in Kelowna have become too expensive for me so I am glad to have this option.
This is a very good hotel with free breakfast and swimming pool and hot tub.
Not so many people go to the swimming pool. It’s a good experience living there.
I’ll go again if I have chance to go Kelowna.
Nothing. Booking.com lied about pet friendly...took our money and the hotel wouldn't let us stay with our pets and won't return communication about getting our money back. Pure fraud.
breakfast was bomb! but the cleanliness of this location wasn’t the best. overall best western is a very great and clean hotel. but a comfortable stay.
